| هدف البحث الحالي إلي التوصل إلى رؤيةٍ مقترحةٍ لتعزيز القدرة التنافسية للجامعات المصرية في ضَوءِ مرتكزاتِ الجامعة الابتكارية، من خلال التعرفِ على الأسسِ النظرية للجامعة الابتكارية وأهمِّ مرتكزاتها، والأسسِ النظرية للقدرة التنافسية للجامعات، ودورِ مرتكزات الجامعة الابتكارية في تعزيز القدرة التنافسية للجامعات، وتشخيصِ واقع القدرة التنافسية للجامعات المصرية في ضَوء مرتكزات الجامعة الابتكارية من منظور الأدبيات والوثائق والتقارير الرسمية. وانطلاقًا من طبيعية البحث ومشكلته وتحقيقًا لأهدافه، فإن البحث الحالي استعان بالمنهجِ الوصفي، مستخدمًا الاستبانة كأداة بحثية؛ للتعرف على أهمية مرتكزات الجامعة الابتكارية في تعزيز القدرة التنافسية للجامعات المصرية، وطبقت هذه الاستبانة على عينة مكونة من (487) من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة(المنوفية، طنطا، وبنها). وتوصل البحثُ إلى أن الجامعات المصرية تُعاني من وجود العديد من المعوقات التي تَحُول دون تفعيلِ مرتكزات الجامعة الابتكارية بها، الأمرُ الذي يُمكن أن يؤثرَ سلبًا على قدرتها التنافسية، وأن إجمالي درجة أهمية مرتكزات الجامعة الابتكارية في تعزيز القدرة التنافسية للجامعات المصرية جاءت كبيرةً من وجهة نظر أفراد عينة البحث. وفي ضوء النتائج قدم البحثُ رؤيةً مقترحةً لتعزيز القدرة التنافسية للجامعات المصرية في ضوء مرتكزات الجامعة الابتكارية، كما قدمتْ الرؤيةُ عددًا من الآليات الإجرائية المقترحة لتنفيذها، مع التنبؤ بمعوقاتِ تحقيقِها وتقديم مقترحات للتغلب عليها. A Proposed Vision to enhance the competitiveness of Egyptian universities in light of the pillars of the innovative university Abstract: The current research aims to arrive at a proposed vision to enhance the competitiveness of Egyptian universities in light of the pillars of the innovative university, by identifying the theoretical foundations of the innovative university and its most important pillars, the theoretical foundations of the competitiveness of universities, the role of the pillars of the innovative university in enhancing the competitiveness of universities, and diagnosing the reality of the competitiveness of Egyptian universities in light of the pillars of the innovative university from the perspective of literature, documents, and official reports. Based on the nature of the research, its problem, and to achieve its objectives, the current research used the descriptive approach, using the questionnaire as a research tool to identify the importance of the foundations of the innovative university in enhancing the competitiveness of Egyptian universities. This questionnaire was applied to a sample of (487) faculty members at the University of (Menoufia, , Tanta and Benha). The study concluded that Egyptian universities suffer from numerous obstacles that prevent them from activating their innovative university pillars, which could negatively impact their competitiveness. The overall degree of importance of the innovative university pillars in enhancing the competitiveness of Egyptian universities was high from the perspective of the research sample members. In light of the results, the research presented a proposed vision to enhance the competitiveness of Egyptian universities in light of the pillars of the innovative university. The vision also presented a number of proposed procedural mechanisms for its implementation, while predicting the obstacles to its achievement and offering proposals to overcome them. | ||||
