| Abstract | ||
| مستخلص الدراسة هدفت الدراسة إلى الوقوف على علاقة القيادة الرقمية بإدارة الأزمات بمدارس المرحلة المتوسطة بمحافظة الفروانية، وتحقيقًا لأهداف الدراسة اتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي للخروج بالإطار النظري للدراسة، وبناء بطاقة الاستبيان المطبقة على عينة الدراسة، وكذلك الاستبانة كإدة بحثية تم تطبيقها على عينة قومها (402) مدير، ووكيل، ومعلم من المرحلة الثانوية بمحافظة الفروانية بدولة الكويت، وتم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية، و أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود علاقة إيجابية قوية بين أبعاد القيادة الرقمية (التخطيط الاستراتيجي، الاتصال والتواصل، والكفايات الفنية) وإدارة الأزمات المدرسية في مدارس المرحلة المتوسطة بمحافظة الفروانية، كلما زاد استخدام مديري المدارس لممارسات القيادة الرقمية بأبعادها المختلفة، ارتفعت قدرتهم على إدارة الأزمات المدرسية في جميع مراحلها بشكل فعال، كما بينت نتائج الدارسة ان هناك اختلافات محدودة بين المديرين والمعلمين في تقييم القيادة الرقمية، حيث تميز المديرون في بُعد الكفايات الفنية فقط، بينما أظهروا تفوقاً واضحاً في جميع أبعاد إدارة الأزمات المدرسية، و فيما يتعلق بالنوع، لم تظهر فروق بين الذكور والإناث في تقييم القيادة الرقمية، لكن الذكور أظهروا تفوقاً في معظم أبعاد إدارة الأزمات المدرسية باستثناء مرحلة ما قبل الأزمة، كما أظهر حاملو الدراسات العليا تفوقاً في الكفايات الفنية للقيادة الرقمية، كما تفوقوا في جميع أبعاد إدارة الأزمات المدرسية مقارنة بحاملي المؤهلات الأخرى، و أصحاب الخبرة الأطول (20 سنة فأكثر) أظهروا تفوقاً في التخطيط الاستراتيجي وإدارة مراحل الأزمات المختلفة مقارنة بذوي الخبرات الأقل. كلمات مفتاحية: القيادة الرقمية – أدارة الأزمات – مدارس المرحلة المتوسطة. Abstract The study aimed to examine the relationship between digital leadership and crisis management in middle schools in Al-Farwaniya Governorate. To achieve the study's objectives, the researcher followed the descriptive approach to develop the theoretical framework and construct a questionnaire that was applied to the study sample. The questionnaire was administered to a randomly selected sample of (402) principals, deputies, and teachers from middle schools in Al-Farwaniya Governorate, Kuwait. The study results revealed a strong positive relationship between the dimensions of digital leadership (strategic planning, communication, and technical competencies) and school crisis management in middle schools in Al-Farwaniya Governorate. As school principals increased their use of digital leadership practices in its various dimensions, their ability to effectively manage school crises at all stages improved. The study results also showed limited differences between principals and teachers in evaluating digital leadership, where principals excelled only in the technical competencies dimension, while showing clear superiority in all dimensions of school crisis management. Regarding gender, there were no differences between males and females in evaluating digital leadership, but males showed superiority in most dimensions of crisis management except for the pre-crisis stage. Additionally, those with higher studies showed superiority in the technical competencies of digital leadership and excelled in all dimensions of school crisis management compared to holders of other qualifications. Those with longer experience (20 years or more) demonstrated superiority in strategic planning and managing different crisis stages compared to those with less experience.
