| Abstract | ||||
| هدَفت الدِّراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى التمكين النفسي لدى الممارسين الصحيين بمستشفيات محافظة الأحساء، والكشف عن الفروق في مستويات التمكين النفسي لدى الممارسين الصحيين؛ وَفقًا لمتغيرات (الجنس، الدرجة الوظيفية، عدد سنوات الخبرة)؛ ولتحقيق أهداف الدِّراسة اتَّبعت الدراسة المنهجَ الوصفي بأنواعه (المسحي)، حيث تكوَّنت عينة الدراسة الأساسية من (373) ممارسًا وممارسة، واستخدم الباحث في جمعِ البيانات مقياسَ التمكين النفسي إعداد الباحث. وتوصَّلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية: ارتفاع مستوى رأس المال النفسي لدى الممارسين الصحيين بمستشفيات محافظة الأحساء، كما أشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق ذاتِ دلالة إحصائية في مستوى التمكين النفسي وَفقًا لمتغير الجنس لصالح (الذكور)، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى التمكين النفسي في بُعد (أهمية العمل) وبُعد (الجدارة) وبُعد (الأثر المهني) والدرجة الكلية؛ وَفقًا لمتغير الدرجة الوظيفية لصالح (استشاري) و(فني)، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى التمكين النفسي في بُعد (أهمية العمل)، وبُعد (الجدارة)، وبُعد (الأثر المهني) والدرجة الكلية؛ وَفقًا لمتغير سنوات الخبرة لصالح ذوي سنوات الخبرة (10 سنوات فأكثر) و(أقل من خمس سنوات). وفي ضوء ما توصَّلت إليه الدراسة من نتائج أوصى الباحث تقديم الدعم الإداري والمهني للمُمارسين الصحيين بمستشفيات محافظة الأَحْساء لتعزيز التمكين النفسي لديهم؛ لاستمرار ارتفاعهما لديهم، تحفيز المُمارسين الصِّحيين على تطوير مهاراتهم ومواكبة التَّطورات والتحديثات الطبية، كل حسب تخصُّصه الصحي؛ مما يُساعد في رفع مستوى التَّمكين النفسي لديهم. The study aimed to identify the level of psychological empowerment among healthcare practitioners in hospitals in Al-Ahsa Governorate, and to reveal differences in these levels according to variables (gender, job title, and years of experience). To achieve the study objectives, the study followed a descriptive approach (survey). The primary study sample consisted of (373) male and female healthcare practitioners. The researcher used a psychological empowerment scale, prepared by the researcher, to collect data. The study reached the following results: a high level of psychological capital among healthcare practitioners in hospitals in Al-Ahsa Governorate. The results also indicated statistically significant differences in the level of psychological empowerment according to the gender variable in favor of (males). There were also statistically significant differences in the level of psychological empowerment in the dimensions of (work importance), (competence), (professional impact), and the total score. According to the job grade variable, in favor of (consultant) and (technician), there were statistically significant differences in the level of psychological empowerment in the dimensions of (work importance), (competence), (professional impact), and the total score. According to the years of experience variable, there were significant differences in favor of those with (10 years or more) and (less than five) years of experience. In light of the study's findings, the researcher recommended providing administrative and professional support to healthcare practitioners in hospitals in Al-Ahsa Governorate to enhance their psychological empowerment, to ensure its continued rise. Healthcare practitioners should also be encouraged to develop their skills and keep pace with medical developments and updates, each according to their healthcare specialty, which would help raise their level of psychological empowerment. | ||||
