| ملخص البحث: يتناول هذا البحث فلسفة الحقوق وتحليل تطبيقها على حالة الأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة حيث يتم تسليط الضوء على أهمية حماية حقوق هذه الفئة الضعيفة وتوفير الدعم اللازم لهم من خلال التركيز على الجوانب القانونية والأخلاقية، يهدف البحث إلى دراسة السياسات والبرامج التي تهدف إلى تعزيز حقوق الأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، و يسعى البحث إلى فهم مدى فعالية تطبيق فلسفة الحقوق في تحسين جودة حياة هذه الفئة الهامة والتحديات التي تواجه تحقيق ذلك، وأظهرت نتائج البحث أن هناك حاجة ملحة لتعزيز التوعية وتعميق فهم المجتمع لحقوق الأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، كما أشارت الدراسة إلى ضرورة تطوير السياسات الحكومية والبرامج التعليمية والاجتماعية لضمان توفير الدعم الشامل والمستدام لهؤلاء الأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى تعزيز التوعية والتثقيف بحقوق الأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في المجتمع، وتطوير وتنفيذ سياسات فعّالة تهدف إلى تحقيق المساواة والعدالة لهذه الفئة، وتعزيز التعاون بين الجهات المعنية لضمان توفير الدعم الشامل للأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة. Abstract: This research dealt with the philosophy of rights and studied its application to the case of children with special needs, where the importance of protecting the rights of this vulnerable group and providing the required support is highlighted by focusing on legal and ethical communication, and keenness to research in a remarkable study that highlights the rights of children with special needs.
