| الملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع الإبداع الإداري لدى رؤساء الأقسام في كلية التربية الأساسية بدولة الكويت من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس، والكشف عن الفروق بين متوسطات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول واقع الإبداع الإداري وفقاً لمتغيرات )النوع، القسم، المسمى الوظيفي، سنوات الخبرة)، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت العينة من (90) عضو هئية تدريس في كلية التربية الأساسية، طبقت عليهم استبانة مكونة من (42) عبارة موزعة على سبعة محاور. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن الإبداع الإداري لدى رؤساء الأقسام ككل متوسط بمتوسط حسابي (3.26)، وجاء في الترتيب الأول قبول المخاطرة، تليه القدرة على التحليل والترابط، ثم الأصالة، ثم تركيز الانتباه، وجاء في الترتيب قبل الأخير الطلاقة الفكرية، وأخيراً الحساسية للمشكلات وجاءت جميع المحاور بدرجة متوسطة أيضاً. كما توصلت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول الدرجة الكلية للإبداع الإداري وجميع المحاور (الأصالة، الطلاقة الفكرية، المرونة الذهنية، الحساسية للمشكلات، تركيز الانتباه، قبول المخاطرة، القدرة على التحليل والترابط) تعزى لمتغيرات النوع والقسم والمسمى الوظيفي، ووجود فروق حول محور تركيز الانتباه تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة، بينما لا توجد فروق حول الدرجة الكلية للإبداع الإداري وباقي المحاور. الكلمات المفتاحية: الإبداع الإداري، رؤساء الأقسام، كلية التربية الأساسية، الكويت. Abstract: The study aimed to identify the reality of administrative creativity among department heads at the College of Basic Education in the State of Kuwait from the point of view of faculty members, and to reveal differences between the averages of study sample regarding the reality of administrative creativity due to (gender, department, job title, years of experience) variables. The study used the descriptive approach, the sample consisted of (90) faculty members in the College of Basic Education, to whom a questionnaire consisting of (42) statements distributed seven demintions was applied. The results of the study concluded that administrative creativity among department heads as a whole is moderate (M=3.26), and acceptance of risk came in first place, followed by the ability to analyze and relate, then originality, then focus of attention, and in the penultimate order came intellectual fluency, and finally sensitivity to problems came, all demintions also moderate. The results also found that there were no statistically significant differences between the averages of the study sample members regarding the total degree of administrative creativity and all demintions (originality, intellectual fluency, mental flexibility, sensitivity to problems, focus of attention, acceptance of risk, ability to analyze and relate) due to the variables of gender, department and job title, and there are differences on the focus of attention demintion due to the years of experience variable, while there are no differences on the total degree of administrative creativity and the rest of demintions.
