| Abstract | ||||
| تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف أثر ممارسات اقتصاد المعرفة على أداء رأس المال البشري داخل القطاع الصحي في المملكة العربية السعودية، وذلك في ظل التحوّل الوطني نحو اقتصاد معرفي متكامل ضمن رؤية 2030م اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستندت إلى تحليل الأدبيات النظرية ذات الصلة لفهم طبيعة العلاقة بين ممارسات الاقتصاد المعرفي – مثل الابتكار، والتعليم، والتدريب، والبحث والتطوير، وتكنولوجيا المعلومات – وأداء الكوادر الصحية، وقد ركزت الدراسة على بيان كيف تسهم هذه الممارسات في تنمية رأس المال البشري، وتعزيز كفاءته، وتحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية، كما سلطت الضوء على أبرز المعوقات التي تحد من فاعلية تطبيق اقتصاد المعرفة في المستشفيات الحكومية. وأظهرت النتائج أن تبني ممارسات اقتصاد المعرفة بشكل فعّال يمثل ركيزة أساسية لتحقيق التميز المؤسسي والتنافسية المستدامة في القطاع الصحي، من خلال الاستثمار في العنصر البشري كرافعة استراتيجية للنمو والتطور، وأوصت الدراسة بتعزيز تبني ممارسات اقتصاد المعرفة داخل المؤسسات الصحية، من خلال التركيز على تطوير بيئة تنظيمية داعمة للتعلم المستمر وتبادل المعرفة والابتكار. Abstract This study seeks to explore the impact of knowledge economy practices on the performance of human capital within the healthcare sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in light of the national transformation towards a comprehensive knowledge-based economy under Vision 2030. The study adopts a descriptive-analytical methodology and relies on a review of relevant theoretical literature to understand the nature of the relationship between knowledge economy practices—such as innovation, education, training, research and development, and information technology—and the performance of healthcare professionals. It focuses on how these practices contribute to the development of human capital, enhance its efficiency, and improve the quality of healthcare services. The study also highlights the main challenges that limit the effective implementation of the knowledge economy in public hospitals. The findings reveal that effectively adopting knowledge economy practices constitutes a fundamental pillar for achieving institutional excellence and sustainable competitiveness in the healthcare sector, through investing in human capital as a strategic driver for growth and development. The study recommends promoting the adoption of knowledge economy practices within healthcare institutions by fostering an organizational environment that supports continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and innovation. | ||||
