| Abstract | ||||
| هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على فعالية برنامج تدريبي قائم على نموذج الفورمات (4MAT) في تنمية مهارات التربية الإعلامية والكفاءة الذاتية الأكاديمية لدي الطلاب المعلمين بشعبة الإعلام التربوي أثناء التدريب الميداني، ومن أجل تحقيق ذلك الهدف وظفت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي في البحث عن المعلومات والاطلاع على الأدبيات والدراسات السابقة المتعلقة بموضوع البحث والمنهج التجريبي ذو التصميم شبه التجريبي للتطبيقين القبلي والبعدي على عينة شملت (٦٠) طالب وطالبة من طلاب شعبة الإعلام التربوي بكلية التربية النوعية – جامعة المنصورة، أحداهما تجريبية تدربت بالبرنامج التدريبي وعددها (30) طالب وطالبة والأخرى ضابطة تدربت بالطريقة المعتادة وعددها (30) طالب وطالبة، وتم مقارنة النتائج بينهما من خلال الاعتماد على الأدوات التالية: مقياس مهارات التربية الإعلامية، مقياس الكفاءة الذاتية الأكاديمية، وتوصلت الباحثة إلى بناء برنامج تدريبي قائم على نموذج الفورمات (4MAT) وأثبتت نتائج البحث أن هذا البرنامج قد حقق تأثير ذات دلالة في تنمية مهارات التربية الإعلامية والكفاءة الذاتية الأكاديمية لدي عينة البحث، وقد أوصي البحث بضرورة تفعيل كافة الممارسات التدريبية والتدريسية المستندة على نموذج الفورمات (4MAT) في جميع المراحل التعليمية المختلفة، أيضاً إقامة مراكز ووحدات للتربية الإعلامية في كافة المؤسسات التعليمية مع عمل برامج تعليمية إرشادية تدعم وتعزز الكفاءة الذاتية الأكاديمية لدي الطلاب. The current research aims to identify the effectiveness of a training program based on the( 4MAT) model in developing media education skills and academic self-efficacy among student teachers in the Educational Media Department during field training, In order to achieve this goal, The researcher employed The descriptive approach in searching for information and reviewing the literature and previous studies related to the research topic and the experimental method with a quasi-experimental design for the pre- and post-test applications on a sample that included 60 male and female students from the Educational Media Department at the Faculty of Specific Education - Mansoura University, One of them is an experimental group that was trained in the training program, with a number of (30) male and female students, and the other is a control group that was trained in the usual way, with a number of (30) male and female students. The results were compared between them by relying on the following tools: Media education skills scale, academic self-efficacy scale, and the researcher arrived at building a training program based on the (4MAT) model, and the research results proved that this program had achieved a significant impact in developing media education skills and academic self-efficacy among the research sample, The study recommended the necessity of activating all training and teaching practices based on the( 4MAT ) model at all different educational levels, as well as establishing centers and units for media education in all educational institutions, along with developing educational guidance programs that support and enhance academic self-efficacy among students. | ||||
