| Abstract | ||
| هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على "رضا الطلاب نحو استخدام التعليم عن بُعد"، كما هدفت إلى التعرف على اتجاهات الطلاب نحو استخدام التعليم عن بُعد، وأهم إيجابيات التعليم عن بُعد في التعليم الجامعي، والصعوبات والمعوقات التي واجهت طلاب جامعة طنطا خلال التعليم عن بُعد، ولقد اعتمدت الباحثة على المنهج الوصفي، بالإضافة إلى ذلك تم تطبيق استمارة الاستبيان كأداة اخرى لجمع البيانات من طلاب جامعة طنطا، وتكونت عينتها من (10295) طالبًا وطالبة، وكان نسبة الذكور فيها حوالي 30.2% كما بلغ نسبة الإناث 69.8%، وفقًا لبيانات شئون الطلاب للعام الجامعي 2024/ 2025، وهم يمثلون الطلاب من الفرقة النهائية بكل من: كلية الآداب البالغ عددهم (4485)، وكلية الحقوق البالغ عددهم (4327)، وكلية العلوم البالغ عددهم (979)، وكلية الصيدلة البالغ عددهم (504) طالبًا وطالبة، حيث تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية، واعتمدت الدراسة على العينة العمدية، حيث تم اختيار طلاب الفرقة النهائية عن عمد، وتم الحصول على أفراد العينة عرضيا، وتمثلت في استمارة الاستبيان الالكتروني، وتنحصر أدوات الدراسة في أداة تمثلت في مقياس ليكرت (Likert) ثلاثي الدرجة، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: 1- توصلت النتائج إلى هناك استفادة كبيرة من محاضرات الأون لاين لدى طلاب الجامعة. 2- حقق التعليم عن بُعد فعالية جيدة في تحمل الطلاب المسؤولية في محاضرات الأون لاين. 3- يشعر الطلاب بأن هناك رضا عام عن محاضرات الأون لاين، وارتياح نتيجة دراسة المقرر من خلال الأون لاين. 4- توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى العديد من الآثار الإيجابية المترتبة على التعليم عن بُعد، ومنها أن محاضرات الأون لاين تسهم في حل مشكلة الطلاب في الأماكن البعيدة. 5- يقلل من مصروفات السفر بالنسبة للمتعلمين والمعلمين. 6- إن محاضرات الأون لاين تسهم في حل مشكلة الطلاب في وقت الأزمات. 7- تُتيح محاضرات الأون لاين الفرصة للمتعلمين للعمل في أثناء تلقي تعليمهم. 8- تسهم محاضرات الأون في حل مشكلة كثرة أعداد الطلاب. 9- محاضرات الأون لاين تزيد من مهارات الطلاب في استخدام التكنولوجيا. 10- تساهم محاضرات الأون لاين في رفع التحصيل الدراسي لدى الطلاب. 11- سهولة في الحصول على المادة الدراسية في أي وقت، ومكان. This study aimed to identify “students’ satisfaction towards using distance education”, and also aimed to identify students’ attitudes towards using distance education, the most important advantages of distance education in university education, and the difficulties and obstacles that Tanta University students faced during distance education. The researcher relied on the descriptive approach. In addition, the questionnaire form was applied as another tool to collect data from Tanta University students. The sample consisted of (10,295) male and female students, and the percentage of males was about 30.2%, while the percentage of females was 69.8%, according to the data of student affairs for the academic year 2024/2025. They represent students from the final year in each of: the Faculty of Arts, numbering (4,485), the Faculty of Law, numbering (4,327), the Faculty of Science, numbering (979), and the Faculty of Pharmacy, numbering (504) male and female students, where they were selected by the stratified random method. The study relied on the intentional sample, as the final year students were chosen intentionally, and the The sample was randomly selected, using an electronic questionnaire. The study tools were limited to a three-point Likert scale. The study reached the following conclusions:1. The results indicated significant benefit from online lectures among university students. Distance learning was effective in empowering students to assume responsibility for their online lectures. Students felt generally satisfied with online lectures and felt satisfied with studying the course online. The study results revealed several positive effects of distance learning, including that online lectures contribute to solving the problems of students in remote areas. They reduce travel expenses for both learners and teachers. Online lectures contribute to solving students' problems during times of crisis. Online lectures provide the opportunity for learners to work while receiving their education. 8- Online lectures help solve the problem of large student numbers. 9- Online lectures enhance students' skills in using technology. 10- Online lectures contribute to raising students' academic achievement. 11- Ease of access to study material anytime, anywhere. | ||
