| استهدف البحث الحالي تَعرف فاعلية البرنامج المقترح القائم على نموذج مساعد التعلم Learning Assistant Model (LAM) في تنمية جدارات التدريس الإبداعي واستشراف المستقبل المهني لدى مجموعة من الطلاب المعلمين بشعبة الرياضيات. ولغرض البحث الحالي؛ استُخدِم المنهج التجريبي ذو التصميم شبه التجريبي القائم على المجموعة الواحدة، من خلال التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لأدوات البحث؛ نظرًا لمناسبة هذا المنهج لمتغيراته، وطُبِق البحث على مجموعة من الطلاب المعلمين بشعبة الرياضيات، بلغ عددهم (40) طالب وطالبة، بكلية التربية جامعة أسيوط. ولتحقيق أهداف البحث تم إعداد مواد وأدوات البحث متمثلة في: قائمة جدارات التدريس الإبداعي، وقائمة جدارات استشراف المستقبل، والبرنامج المقترح القائم على نموذج مساعد التعلم (LAM)؛ وتم إعداد أدوات قياس نواتج التعلم المستهدفة من البرنامج؛ والمتمثلة في: اختبار جدارات التدريس الإبداعي، ومقياس تقدير أداء جدارات التدريس الإبداعي، ومقياس الجانب الوجداني لجدارات التدريس الإبداعي، وأخيرًا اختبار مواقف جدارات استشراف المستقبل المهني للطالب المعلم بشعبة الرياضيات. وبتطبيق مواد البحث وأدواته على مجموعة البحث، توصل البحث إلى فاعلية البرنامج المقترح القائم على نموذج مساعد التعلم LAM، حيث جاءت الفروق دالة عند مستوى (0.01) لصالح التطبيق البعدي في اختبار جدارات التدريس الإبداعي للطالب المعلم بشعبة الرياضيات، وكان حجم أثر البرنامج(d) قويًا جدًا باستخدام معادلة كوهينCohen's وبلغت قيمته ( (0.95؛ وجاءت الفروق دالة عند مستوى (0.01) لصالح التطبيق البعدي في مقياس تقدير أداء جدارات التدريس الإبداعي للطالب المعلم بشعبة الرياضيات ، وبلغ حجم الأثر ( (0.98؛ وجاءت الفروق دالة عند مستوى (0.01) لصالح التطبيق البعدي لمقياس الجانب الوجداني لجدارات التدريس الإبداعي للطالب المعلم بشعبة الرياضيات ، وبحجم أثر ((0.96 ؛ وجاءت الفروق دالة عند مستوى (0.01) لصالح التطبيق البعدي في اختبار مواقف جدارات استشراف المستقبل المهني للطالب المعلم بشعبة الرياضيات، وبحجم أثر ((0.97. وأوصي البحث الحالي بتعميم فلسفة التعليم والتعلم وفق نموذج مساعد التعلم LAM في جميع المراحل التعليمية في الوطن العربي؛ وفق برامج تتناسب والمرحلة العمرية والذهنية للطالب، وفي المرحلة الجامعية تتم صياغة البرامج التعليمية وقف البشعبة الذي ينتمي إليه الطالب، وكذلك تصميم منصة عربية لمساعدي التعلم في المراحل التعليمية المختلفة؛ يتقدم من خلالها الطلاب المعلمين ليكونوا مساعدي تعلم لأقرانهم، تحكمها معايير تقييم مقننة، وتضمين جدارات التدريس الإبداعي واشتشراف اللمستقبل المهني داخل برامج إعداد الطالب المعلم بشعبة الرياضيات. The current study aimed to determine the effectiveness of the Learning Assistant Model (LAM) in developing creative teaching skills and career prospects among a group of student teachers majoring in mathematics. For the purpose of the current research, a quasi-experimental single-group experimental design was used through the pre- and post-application of research tools, given the suitability of this design for its variables. The research was applied to a group of student teachers majoring in mathematics, numbering 40 male and female students at the Faculty of Education, Assiut University. To achieve the research objectives, research materials and tools were prepared, including: a list of creative teaching competencies, a list of future-oriented competencies, and the proposed program in light of the Learning Assistant Model (LAM). Tools were also prepared to measure the program's targeted learning outcomes, including: a creative teaching competencies test, a creative teaching competencies performance assessment scale, a creative teaching competencies affective scale, and finally, a test of future-oriented competencies among student teachers majoring in mathematics. By applying the research materials and tools to the research group, the study concluded that the proposed program was effective in light of the LAM learning assistant model, as the differences were significant at the (0.01) level in favor of the post-test in the creative teaching skills test for student teachers specializing in mathematics, and the program's impact was (d) very strong using Cohen's equation, with a value of (0.97). The differences were significant at the (0.01) level in favor of the post-test in the scale for assessing the creative teaching competencies of student teachers majoring in mathematics, and the effect size was (0.98). The differences were significant at the (0.01) level in favor of the post-test application of the scale for assessing the affective aspect of the creative teaching competencies of student teachers specializing in mathematics, with an effect size of (0.96). The differences were significant at the (0.01) level in favor of the post-test in assessing the professional future outlook of student teachers majoring in mathematics, with an effect size of (0.97). The current study recommends generalizing the philosophy of teaching and learning according to the LAM learning assistant model in all educational stages in the Arab world. in accordance with programs appropriate to the age and mental stage of the student. At the university level, educational programs are formulated according to the student's major, and an Arabic platform for learning assistants is designed for the different educational stages, through which student teachers advance to become learning assistants for their peers, governed by standardized assessment criteria and Integrating creative teaching competencies and future career foresight into pre-service mathematics teacher education programs. | ||
