| Abstract | ||
| الملخص: يسهم الابتكار الاجتماعي في تطوير حلول جديدة ومستدامة للتحديات الاجتماعية؛ مما يؤدي إلى تحسين فعّالية وكفاءة الخدمات المقدمة للفئات المستفيدة. وذلك من خلال اعتماد أساليب مبتكرة في تصميم الخدمات، حيث يمكن تعزيز جودة الرعاية الاجتماعية لتكون أكثر استجابة لاحتياجات الأفراد والمجتمعات، وأكثر قدرة على إحداث أثر إيجابي طويل الأمد وفي إطار ذلك استهدفت الدراسة الراهنة الكشف عن العلاقة بين الابتكار الاجتماعي وتحقيق جودة خدمات الرعاية الاجتماعية في الجمعيات الأهلية، وتنتمي الدراسة إلى نمط الدراسات الوصفية، معتمدة على منهج المسح الاجتماعي الشامل لأعضاء مجلس الإدارة (120 مفردة)، بالجمعيات الأهلية (30 جمعية) المُختارة مجالًا مكانيًا للدراسة الراهنة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجودة علاقة ارتباطية طردية بين الابتكار الاجتماعي وتحقيق جودة خدمات الرعاية الاجتماعية بالجمعيات الأهلية. الكلمات الدالة: الابتكار الاجتماعي- جودة الخدمات- الرعاية الاجتماعية. Abstract: Social innovation contributes to the development of new and sustainable solutions to social challenges, leading to improved effectiveness and efficiency of services provided to beneficiary groups. This is achieved by adopting innovative approaches to service design, which can enhance the quality of social welfare to be more responsive to the needs of individuals and communities, and more capable of creating a long-term positive impact. Within this framework, the current study aimed to uncover the relationship between social innovation and the achievement of quality social welfare services in Non-governmental organizations. The study follows the descriptive study pattern, relying on a comprehensive social survey approach of board members (120 individuals) in Non-governmental organizations (30 organizations) selected as the spatial scope of the current study. The study concluded that there is a positive correlation between social innovation and the achievement of quality social welfare services in Non-governmental organizations.
