The present study was designed to investigate the chemical composition of olive and artichoke, focusing on the phenolic compounds content in plant methanolic extracts, the antioxidant activity of these extracts, and the efficacy of olive and artichoke leaf extracts in Alloxan-induced diabetic rats.
