| Abstract | ||
| هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على مستوى رأس المال النفسي الإيجابي لدى طلاب كلية التربية بجامعة حلوان، بالإضافة إلى استكشاف الفروق بين الطلاب في رأس المال النفسي الإيجابي والتي تُعزى إلى النوع (ذكور-إناث)، والتخصص الدراسي (علمي-أدبي)، والبيئة الاجتماعية (ريف- حضر). ولتحقيق أهداف البحث، قام الباحث بإعداد مقياس رأس المال النفسي الإيجابي وتطبيقه على عينة مكونة من (708) طالبًا وطالبة، بواقع (292) من الذكور و(416) من الإناث، من الشعب العلمية والأدبية بكلية التربية، والذين تراوحت أعمارهم بين (18) (21) سنة، بمتوسط عمري (18.94) سنة وانحراف معياري (0.896)، واتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي والسببي المقارن لملاءمته لطبيعة البحث. وأشارت نتائج البحث إلى أن مستوى رأس المال النفسي الإيجابي كان مرتفعًا بشكل عام بين الطلاب، كما أوضحت النتائج أنه لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيًا بين الذكور والإناث في الدرجة الكلية للمقياس، وكذلك في بُعدي المرونة والكفاءة الذاتية في المقابل، لوحظت فروق دالة إحصائيًا عند مستوى(0.01) في بعدي الأمل والتفاؤل لصالح الإناث. وأشارت النتائج أيضًا إلى وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا عند مستويي (0.01) و(0.001) بين طلاب التخصصات العلمية والأدبية في الدرجة الكلية للمقياس وجميع أبعاده الفرعية (الأمل، المرونة، التفاؤل، الكفاءة الذاتية)، وكانت هذه الفروق لصالح طلاب التخصصات الأدبية. وعلاوة على ذلك أشارت النتائج إلى أنه لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيًا بين طلاب الريف والحضر في الدرجة الكلية للمقياس وأبعاده الفرعية. وعلى ضوء ذلك تم اقتراح بعض التوصيات والأفكار البحثية. Abstract This research set out to explore the level of positive psychological capital among students at the Faculty of Education, Helwan University. It also sought to identify to explore the differences in positive psychological capital based on gender (males vs. females), academic specialization (scientific vs. literary), and social environment (rural vs. urban).To fulfill the objectives of the research, a Positive Psychological Capital Scale was designed and applied to a sample of (708) students (292 male students and 416 female) from both scientific and literary disciplines. The participants’ ages ranged from 18 to 21 years, with an average age of 18.94 years and a standard deviation of 0.896. A descriptive correlational and causal-comparative method was adopted to align with the goals of the study. The findings indicated that positive psychological capital was generally high among the students. It was found that there were no statistically significant differences between male and female students in the overall scale score or in the dimensions of resilience and self-efficacy. However, significant differences were observed at the 0.01 level in the dimensions of hope and optimism, favoring female students. Furthermore, statistically significant differences were identified at the 0.01 and 0.001 levels between students of scientific and literary specializations. These differences, observed in the total score and all sub-dimensions (hope, resilience, optimism, and self-efficacy), favored students from literary specializations. On the other hand, no statistically significant differences were detected between students from rural and urban environments in the total scale score or any of its sub-dimensions. Consequently, some recommendations and research ideas were proposed. | ||
