| Abstract | ||
| يُعَد اقتصاد الرعاية بما يشمله من خدمات هو بمثابة إعادة النظر إلى ما يقدمه كل من قطاع التعليم وقطاع الصحة والعمل الاجتماعى من إضافة حقيقية للاقتصاد الوطنى، فقد أصبح ينظر لخدماته من منطلق أعم وأشمل لا يتوقف فقط عند حد الاستثمار فى العناصر البشرية وتراكم رأس مال هذا العنصر –فحسب – بل إنه أصبح له أبعاد أخرى من أهمها على الإطلاق ما يضيفه لأرباب الأسر من وعى من حيث أهمية الاستثمار فى أطفالهم ليكونوا بمثابة وقود مستقبل فى إدارة وصنع التنمية، كما أن مفهوم اقتصاد الرعاية يعيد النظر إلى ما تقدمه المرأة خصيصاً من أعمال رعاية داخل الأسرة. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج التحليلى الوصفى لعدد من المؤشرات المتعلقة بقطاعات الرعاية فى مصر على مدار الفترة من 2014 -2023، هذا بالإضافة إلى تقدير نموذج قياسى باستخدام أسلوب الانحدار الذاتى لتوزيع فترات الإبطاء للمتغيرات أو للفجوات الزمنية الموزعةAuto Regressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) للتعرف على أثر هذه القطاعات على معدلات النمو الاقتصادى المصرى على مدار الفترة محل الدراسة. وانتهت الدراسة إلى عدة توصيات، منها ضرورة توجيه المزيد من الاستثمارات إلى قطاعى التعليم والصحة لما لهما من آثار إيجابية على النمو الاقتصادى المصرى وأيضًا لدورهما فى توفير فرص عمل وبخاصة للإناث، مع الأخذ فى الاعتبار ضرورة أن تكون هذه الوظائف لائقة لتوفر لهن حياة أفضل، هذا بالإضافة إلى العمل على تغيير النظرة المجتمعية لأعمال الرعاية غير مدفوعة الأجر التى تقدم داخل الأسر، كما أنه من الضرورى دراسة حجم الطلب الفعلى على خدمات الرعاية ومقارنتها بما هو متاح من خدمات فعلية لقياس فجوة الاحتياجات غير الملباة، وذلك على مستوى محافظات الجمهورية؛ لتحديد الأماكن التى يوجد بها عجز فى مثل هذه الخدمات أو أنها تحتاج إلى تطوير من أجل تقديم خدمات رعائية أفضل للمواطنين. Abstract The Role of Care Economy in Enhancing Egyptian Economic Growth Ghada Riad Emarah Care economy and its services are considered as review for what is offered by each of education, health and public service sectors that add a real value for national economy. As, the care economy services becomes more comprehensive aspect not only focuses on human capital investment but also; it has a broader aspect which is enhancing the families’ knowledge for exerting more efforts in investing in their children to improve their abilities in enhancing the economic growth besides; the care economy reconsiders the vital women’s role in improving the families’ care. The current study depends on the descriptive analytical approach for several indicators related to the Egyptian service sector during the period from 2014-2023. The current study depends on Auto Regressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) to determine the impact of care economy on the Egyptian economy growth rate. The study recommends that there should be more investments in each of education and health sectors as; they have a positive impact on improving the Egyptian economy growth rate besides; their role in providing job opportunities for females taking into consideration these job opportunities should be able to provide females with more welfare and focus on shedding the light on changing the community aspect towards the unpaid work care which are provided inside families. Additionally, the current study recommends that it is important to study actual demand for service sectors compared to the available services to determine the unmet need across the Egyptian government with the aim of identifying either the areas that suffers from lake in these services or the areas that need more developments in providing high service quality for citizens. | ||
