| Abstract | ||
| Business incubators are centers that encourage entrepreneurs and their ideas, transforming these ideas into real-world entrepreneurial projects. Governments, in coordination with companies, have adopted international best practices to create an environment that mimics the work environment, fostering the concept of a knowledge-based economy. This is achieved through business incubators, which adopt entrepreneurs' innovations and capabilities, guiding them towards paths that align with their skills and abilities, and transferring technology and expertise to be shared with new companies led by creative young people who need all kinds of support. Business incubators are centers that encourage entrepreneurs and their ideas, transforming these ideas into real-world entrepreneurial projects. Entrepreneurship is a key driver for shifting societal culture towards a business-oriented one. It also represents a fundamental avenue for economic development in various societies by supporting entrepreneurs, new business owners, and those with innovative ideas. This makes entrepreneurship one of the most important elements of development in modern economies. Business incubators of various types offer numerous ideas to support entrepreneurs and act as a tool to accelerate innovation in business by nurturing human potential capable of working and creating. Therefore, business incubators empower young, creative entrepreneurs to develop innovative projects with added value. Consequently, the most successful economies are those that can create a blend of innovative entrepreneurs and large companies and institutions. Focusing on entrepreneurship among young people has become an unavoidable topic due to its close connection with economic growth. Given the growing phenomenon of unemployment among young people in Egyptian society in general and among graduates of higher education institutions in particular, many countries have begun to reconsider their educational and training systems and add a new dimension aimed at stimulating the interest of students, trainees, or young graduates; developing their attitudes; and guiding them towards the option of self-employment and establishing projects as an alternative or parallel option to working for wages for others. | ||
