| الملخص هدف البحث إلى التعرّف على واقع استخدام استراتيجية الفصل المقلوب في قطاع التدريب بالهيئة العامة للتعليم التطبيقي والتدريب، ورصد أهم الممارسات التعليمية والتدريبية المرتبطة بها، والكشف عن طبيعة اتجاهات أعضاء هيئة التدريب نحوها، ورصد أبرز التحديات التي تعيق تطبيقها. وقد اعتمد البحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي، واستخدم استبانة مكونة من (34) عبارة موزعة على ثلاثة محاور: واقع الاستخدام، الاتجاهات، والمعوقات. وقد شملت العينة (165) مدربًا تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية. وأظهرت النتائج أن مستوى الاتجاهات نحو استراتيجية الفصل المقلوب، وكذلك مستوى توظيفها في التعليم والتدريب، جاءا بدرجة متوسطة، في حين جاءت تقديرات العينة لحجم التحديات بدرجة مرتفعة. كما تبين وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استخدام الإستراتيجية وفقًا لمتغير الوظيفة لصالح المدربين (أ) و(ب)، وكذلك وفقًا لسنوات الخبرة لصالح من لديهم خبرة أقل من خمس سنوات. الكلمات المفتاحية: الفصل المقلوب، الاتجاهات، الاستخدامات، التحديات. Abstract The aim of this study was to explore the current use of the flipped classroom strategy in the training sector of the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training, to identify the most important educational and training practices associated with it, to examine trainers’ attitudes toward it, and to highlight the main challenges hindering its implementation. The study employed a descriptive survey methodology and used a questionnaire consisting of 34 items distributed across three dimensions: usage reality, attitudes, and obstacles. The sample included 165 trainers selected through stratified random sampling. The results indicated that the level of attitudes toward the flipped classroom strategy, as well as the level of its utilization in teaching and training, were moderate, whereas the participants’ perceptions of the magnitude of the challenges were high. Statistically significant differences were found in the use of the strategy according to the variable of job position in favor of trainers (A) and (B), and according to years of experience in favor of those with less than five years of experience.
