| Abstract | ||
| الملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور مديري المدارس الثانوية في الأردن في إدارة القيم المنعوية وانعكاساتها على كفاءة الممارسات الادارية والجودة التعليمية، حيث اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ويقوم هذا المنهج على رصد ووصف وتفسير الظواهر والأحداث الواقعية، حيث تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع مديري مدارس المرحلة الثانوية في إقليم الوسط في محافظة الزرقاء والبالغ عددهم (378) مديرا ومديرة، وقد اختار الباحث ما نسبته 30% من مجتمع المديرين والمديرات، وقد بلغ عددهم (250) مديرا ومديرة، بينما تكونت أداة الدراسة من استبانة مستوى القيم المعنوية في شخصية مديري المدارس الثانوية الحاكمة للممارسات الإدارية وانعكاساتها على الكفاءة التربوية والجودة، وتكونت من محورين رئيسيين وهما: المحور الأول: المفاهيم، والمحور الثاني: الواقع. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة بأن المتوسطات الحسابية المعبرة عن أبعاد المحور الأول (الإطار المفاهيمي للقيم المعنوية في شخصية مديري المدارس الثانوية الحاكمة للممارسات الإدارية وانعكاساتها على الكفاءة التربوية والجودة) تراوحت ما بين (3.73-3.92) وهي متوسطات ذات درجات مرتفعة، وعلى المحور الثاني " واقع التزام مديري المدارس الثانوية بالقيم المعنوية في شخصية مديري المدارس الثانوية الحاكمة للممارسات الإدارية وانعكاساتها على الكفاءة التربوية والجودة في مدارسهم" قد بلغ (3.90)، مما يدل بأن واقع التزام مديري المدارس الثانوية بالقيم المعنوية جاء بدرجة مرتفعة. كما وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تدريب وتأهيل مديري المدارس الثانوية على القيم المعنوية في إدارة مدارسهم وضمان الكفاءة التربوية وضمان الجودة في ذلك، وتوصي الدراسة بإيلاء الاهتمام من قبل وزارة التربية والتعليم وإدارة الموارد البشرية بتوعية مديري المدارس بالممارسات الإدارية الضرورية في إدارة مدارسهم ووضع الخطط الإجرائية المناسبة لاختيار الأفضل منهم، وتزويد الباحثين والمعنيين بالإدارة وأصول التربية في كافة المؤسسات لإعداد الأبحاث والدراسات المستقبلية في كيفية اختيار وإعداد مديري المؤسسات التعليمية وإدارات الشركات العامة والخاصة حسب معايير الجودة العالمية والكفاءة الإدارية. الكلمات المفتاحية: القيم المعنوية- شخصية مديري المدارس الثانوية الحاكمة- الممارسات الإدارية- الكفاءة التربوية- الجودة. Abstract: The study aimed to identify the level of moral values in the personality of secondary school principals governing administrative practices and their reflections on educational efficiency and quality. The study employed the descriptive methodology, which is based on observing, describing, and interpreting real phenomena and events. The study population consisted of all secondary school principals in the central region of Zarqa Governorate, totaling 378 principals. The researcher selected a sample representing 30% of the population, amounting to 250 principals (male and female). The study instrument consisted of a questionnaire designed to assess the level of moral values in the personality of secondary school principals governing administrative practices and their reflections on educational efficiency and quality. It addressed three main dimensions: the conceptual framework, the current reality, and the types and nature of problems hindering the effectiveness of principals in utilizing moral values in the administration of secondary schools. The findings indicated that the mean scores for the first dimension (conceptual framework of moral values in the personality of secondary school principals governing administrative practices and their reflections on educational efficiency and quality) ranged between 3.73 and 3.92, indicating high levels. For the second dimension (the current reality of secondary school principals' commitment to moral values), the mean score was 3.90, also reflecting a high level of commitment. Regarding the third dimension (types and nature of problems hindering the effectiveness of principals in utilizing moral values in school administration), the mean score was 3.72, indicating high levels. The study recommended the need to train and qualify secondary school principals in applying moral values in school administration to ensure educational efficiency and quality. It also suggested that the Ministry of Education and human resources departments prioritize raising principals' awareness of essential administrative practices in managing their schools, develop appropriate procedural plans for selecting the best candidates, and provide researchers and stakeholders in education management with resources to conduct future studies on selecting and preparing school principals and administrators for both public and private institutions based on global quality and administrative efficiency standards.
