| Abstract | ||
| Airlines are exposed to intense competition and many external and internal economic pressures that lead to crises that affect their performance and competitive position, and those crises that occur during work may have an impact on the company’s employees as well, which prompted the company’s management to resort to appropriate strategies to confront these crises, and to keep pace with modern developments And global modern technology, the company has turned to modern technological methods, which is the electronic control system to control, confront and solve crises in a short time and without any human and material losses, in order to be able to maintain its performance and enhance its competitiveness locally and internationally. There is no doubt that Egypt Air may coexist in the current period in an environment characterized by the presence of many sudden and influential variables that could cause some crises affecting the achievement of the company's goals, and with the increasing trend towards electronic control practices and applications for the activities of this company and the use of electronic control As a tool to deal with improving performance and services, especially as it relies on modern technologies and software, which provide a large degree of information and data, which is consistent with the nature and requirements of crisis management. From this point of view, the researcher was interested in examining the role and how electronic control contributes to strengthening and developing the company's capabilities to manage crises, especially since the nature of its activities exposes it to crises at any time. | ||
