| هدفت الدارسة إلى الكشف عن تصورات مدراء مراكز التربية الخاصة التابعة للقطاع الخاص في المملكة العربية السعودية حول التحديات التي تواجه هذه المراكز أثناء تقديم الخدمات للأفراد ذوي الإعاقة والتي تؤثر سلباً على جودة أداء المراكز وعلى الخدمات المقدمة للأفراد ذوي الإعاقة، وأيضاً هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة الحلول المقترحة والمطبقة من قبل مدراء المراكز وفق خبراتهم الحالية من أجل تجاوز هذه التحديات ورفع جودة الأداء عموما ومدى انعكاس ذلك على جودة الخدمات. لقد تم استخدام منهج البحث النوعي (Qualitative research)؛ لدراسة الظواهر (Phenomenology approach). تم اختيار العينة بالطريقة القصدية وذلك لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة حيث تم إجراء مقابلات شبه منظمة مع سبعة مدراء أو مسئولي لمراكز خاصة لخدمة ذوي الإعاقة في بداية العام 2025م، وذلك من خلال تطبيق أداة مقابلة تم تصميمها من قبل الباحثان وتم مراجعتها من قبل المتخصصين. لقد تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام طريقة التحليل الموضوعي، ولقد أظهرت النتائج خمس تحديات رئيسية يندرج تحتها عدة تحديات فرعية، تشمل: تحديات التعامل مع الأسرة، تحديات تشغيلية، تحديات مالية، تحديات تدريبية، تحديات ثقافية، كما أظهرت النتائج ستة حلول رئيسية يندرج تحتها حلول فرعية تشمل الحلول المقترحة التالية: حلول تقنية، حلول تطويرية، حلول بيئية، حلول توعوية، حلول ترفيهية ورياضية، حلول مالية. بناء على نتائج الدراسة، يوصي الباحثان بضرورة إيجاد معايير خاصة بجودة أداء المراكز الخاصة مع ضرورة تقديم الدعم اللازم لها لتحقيق أهدافها. The study aimed to uncover the perceptions of directors of private-sector special education centers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia regarding the challenges facing these centers when providing services to individuals with disabilities. These challenges negatively impact the quality of the centers' performance, and the services provided to them. The study also aimed to identify the solutions proposed and implemented by center directors based on their current experience to overcome these challenges, improve overall performance, and the extent to which this impacts the quality of services. A qualitative research approach was used to study phenomena (phenomenology). The sample was selected purposively to achieve the study objectives. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with seven directors or officials of private centers serving people with disabilities at the beginning of 2025. This was achieved through the application of an interview tool designed by the researchers and reviewed by specialists. The data was analyzed using thematic analysis. The results revealed five main challenges, each with several sub-challenges, including: family-related challenges, operational challenges, financial challenges, training challenges, and cultural challenges. The results also revealed six main solutions, each with sub-solutions, including the following proposed solutions: technical solutions, development solutions, environmental solutions, awareness-raising solutions, recreational and sports solutions, and financial solutions. Based on the study results, the researchers recommend the development of quality standards for private centers and the provision of the necessary support to achieve their goals. | ||
