| Abstract | ||
| هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقصي فاعلية برنامج تدريبي يستند إلى السيكودراما في تنمية مهارات إدارة الذات لدى عينة من طلبة ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد في دولة قطر، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام مقياس إدارة الذات،، وبرنامج تدريبي مستند إلى السيكودراما، تم تطبيق الدراسة في الفصل الدراسي الثاني للعام 2024 /2025، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (16) طالبا مسجلين رسميا في مدرسة العوسج التابعة لمؤسسة قطر للثقافة والعلوم وخدمة المجتمع في دولة قطر، وقد تم انتقاء العينة بالطريقة القصدية، تم تطبيق أدوات الدراسة على عينة الدراسة حيث تم تقسيمهم لمجموعتين تجريبية وضابطة بالتساوي، اشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود فروقا دالة احصائيا في متوسطات رتب درجات أفراد المجموعة الضابطة والمجموعة التجريبية على مقياس إدارة الذات لصالح المجموعة التجريبية، ووجود فروقا ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسطات رتب درجات أفراد المجموعة التجريبية في القياسين القبلي والبعدي على مقياس إدارة الذات لصالح القياس البعدي، وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة أوصت الدراسة بتبني استراتيجيات وتقنيات السيكودراما لتنمية مهارات إدارة الذات لطلبة ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد، والاستفادة منها لمعالجة الاضطرابات السلوكية والعقلية لفئات أخرى، وضمن دراسات تجريبية بمتغيرات مختلفة. This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of a training program based on psychodrama in developing self-management skills among a sample of students with autism spectrum disorder in the State of Qatar. To achieve the study objectives, a self-management scale and a training program based on psychodrama were used. The study was implemented in the second semester of the academic year 2024/2025, The study sample consisted of (16) students officially registered in Al-Awsaj School affiliated with the Qatar Foundation for Culture, Science and Community Service in the State of Qatar. The sample was selected intentionally. The study tools were applied to the study sample, where they were divided equally into two groups: experimental and control, The results of the study indicated that there were statistically significant differences in the average ranks of the scores of the individuals in the control group and the experimental group on the self-management scale in favor of the experimental group, and there were statistically significant differences in the average ranks of the scores of the individuals in the experimental group in the pre- and post-measurements on the self-management scale in favor of the post-measurement, In light of the study's findings, the study recommended adopting psychodrama strategies and techniques to develop self-management skills for students with autism spectrum disorder, and to use them to treat behavioral and mental disorders in other groups, within experimental studies with different variables. | ||
