| هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على واقع إدارة الأزمات بمداس المرحلة المتوسطة بمنطقة الفروانية التعليمية بدولة الکويت من وجهة نظر المعلمين العاملين بها من الجنسين استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي التحليلي، والاستبانة کأداة للدراسة. تکون مجتمع الدراسة من (2817) معلم ومعلمة من الجنسين العاملين بمدارس المرحلة المتوسطة بمنطقة الفروانية التعليمية. تم اختيار عينة عشوائية تکونت من (212) معلماً ومعلمة، من أهم النتائج التي توصلت لها الدراسة: وجود ضعف في إدارة الأزمات التعليمية بمدارس المرحلة المتوسطة من قبل العاملين بها، عدم فاعلية فرق التدخل السريع بإدارة الأزمات عند حدوث الأزمة أو بعدها المعد داخل المدارس، قلة عقد الدورات التدريبية وورش العمل بالمدارس التي تهتم ببيان أهمية وکيفية إدارة الأزمات المدرسية وطرق التعامل معها والاستفادة منها في حال تکرر حدوتها مرة أخرى، ضعف الاهتمام بتوزيع المهام والأدوار والمسؤوليات على أعضاء فريق إدارة الأزمات قبل وأثناء حدوث الأزمة. من أهم توصيات الدراسة: ضرورة الاهتمام بتدريب العاملين بالمدراس على کيفية مواجهة الأزمات لمدرسية وطرق التعامل معها إعداد فرق عمل خاص بالمدرس متخصص بإدارة الأزمات المدرسية وتعرف کل واحد من أعضاء الفريق بالمهام التي يقوم بها من خلال التدريب وعمل ورش العمل بين المدارس ومؤسسات الدولة (المطافئ، الاسعاف، الشرطة، الدفاع المدني) لتحقيق الاستفادة الکاملة من تفعيل إدارة الأزمات وتطبيقها بالمدارس عند حدوث الأزمة داخل المدرسة لمختلفة. ضرورة وضع قاعدة بيانات لإدارة الأزمات المدرسية للاستفادة من التجارب السابقة لحل الأزمات المدرسية التي قد تقع مستقبلاً. The study aimed to get acquainted with the reality of crisis management in the middle school stage in Al-Farwaniyah Educational Zone in the State of Kuwait from the viewpoint of teachers working with it from both sexes. The researcher used the descriptive, analytical survey approach, and the questionnaire as a study tool. The population of the study consisted of (2817) male and female teachers working in middle school schools in the Farwaniya educational area. A random sample consisting of (212) male and female teachers was chosen, among the most important results of the study: a weakness in the educational crisis management in middle school schools by their employees, the ineffectiveness of the rapid intervention teams in crisis management when the crisis occurs or after it was prepared inside schools, Lack of holding training courses and workshops in schools that are interested in stating the importance and how to manage school crises and ways to deal with them and benefit from them in the event of a repeated occurrence again, weak interest in distributing tasks, roles and responsibilities to members of the crisis management team before and during the crisis. Among the most important recommendations of the study: The need to pay attention to training school personnel on how to face school crises and ways to deal with them. Preparing work teams for the teacher specialized in managing school crises. Each team member knows the tasks that he performs through training and conducting workshops between schools and state institutions (fire truck, Ambulance, police, civil defense). To achieve full benefit from the activation of crisis management and its application in schools when a crisis occurs within a different school. The necessity of setting a database for school crises management to take advantage of previous experiences to solve school crises that may occur in the future. | ||||
