Abstract | ||||
هدفت الدراسة إلى تقييم برنامج إعداد المعلمين في کلية التربية الأساسية بالهيئة العامة للتعليم التطبيقي والتدريب من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس، والکشف عن استجابات أفراد العينة حسب متغيرات الجنس والمؤهل العلمي، وتکونت عينة الدراسة من (60) عضوا من أعضاء هيئة التدريس من کلية التربية الأساسية، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم استخدام استبانة مطورة لغايات استخدامها (والمکونة من عدد من ستة مجالات، ومن 47 فقرة)، وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود دلالة إحصائية بين فعالية أهداف البرنامج وبين المحتوى والأهداف (047 .0)، بين طرق التدريس ومستوى فعالية تحقيق أهداف البرنامج بنسبة (005.) وبين مستوى کفاءة هيئة التدريس وفعالية البرنامج (027. 0)، وبينت أنه لا توجد علاقة ذات دالة إحصائية بين التقييم وأهداف البرنامج حيث کانت النتائج منخفضة (0.574)، وأوصت الدراسة بالتأکيد على التعليم والتطوير المهني المستمر، وأن تسعى برامج التدريب والتطوير المهني للمعلمين أن تتضمن استراتيجيات طويلة المدي طوال فترة التعليم والعمل بالنسبة للمعلمين. The study aimed to evaluate the teacher preparation program at the College of Basic Education at the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training from the viewpoint of faculty members, and to reveal the responses of the sample members according to gender variations and the educational qualification, and the study sample consisted of (60) faculty members from the College of Basic Education And, to achieve the goal of the study, an improved questionnaire was used for the purposes of its use (consisting of a number of five areas, and 47 paragraphs), and the results of the study indicated a statistical significance between the effectiveness of the program objectives and the content and objectives (047.0), between teaching methods and the level of effectiveness of achieving goals The program has a percentage of (005.) and the level of the faculty competence and the effectiveness of the program (027. 0), and indicated that there is no statistically significant relationship between evaluation and program goals where the results were low (0.574), and the study recommended an emphasis on continuing education and professional development, and to seek Teacher training and professional development programs that include long-term strategies throughout the period of education and work for teachers. | ||||
