Abstract | ||||
The study aimed to analyze Arab fatwas websites as one of the sources of information in the field of Islamic culture and to reveal their value and the quality of their information structure, by identifying the types of fatwas websites, forms of fatwas, ways to organize them, and determining their accuracy and objectivity, as well as analyzing and evaluating the information architecture websites, The study used content analysis method for a selected intentional sample of the Arab websites for fatwa. The study showed the diversity of Arab fatwa websites between institutional websites, personal websites and general websites, there are many ways to organize fatwas at websites, the general websites for fatwas were the most realizing the standard of website structuring, finally, proposed a scheme for designing a unified Fatwa website. The study recommends some recommendations, perhaps the most important of which are the following : 1. Arab advisory and guidance sites can take advantage of the specifications of the proposed unified website in the study to develop the structure of their information websites and improve the usability of those sites. 2. That the "General Secretariat for the Role of Fatwa Commissions in the World" adopts the proposed planning for establishing a unified website for the fatwa at the level of the Islamic world to serve as a front for offering an intermediate scholarly fatwa speech linked to the era and a wall to counter extremism in the fatwa. That the Fatwa institutions and bodies in the Islamic world have a clear role towards controlling fatwas that are published electronically on various websites and social media sites and give authority to those who are fit for fatwas, in order to address the phenomenon of chaos and extremism in the fatwa. 4. That the Fatwa institutions and bodies in the Islamic world have a clear role towards societal awareness of the danger of taking a fatwa from sources not qualified to play this great role, and the impact of that on the individual and society. And warn the public and others who address fatwas without knowledge, and alert them to the danger of this action. | ||||
