Abstract | ||||
Investment in the private traditional heritage buildings is facing a lot of problems, which makes its use, development (in a productive manner) and even its existence impossible. The biggest problem is the lack of methodology that determines the role of public and private sectors in the successful investment process of the privet heritage. The researcher makes a comparison between two development methodologies of the traditional building in two different realities. One of them is in Italy with a long experience regulated by local and European laws, the second is a young experience in Jordan. There are both positive and negative aspects deduced by the analysis of the two methodologies. At the end of the research there are conclusions on the organized development of the private traditional architecture. | ||||
