Abstract | ||||
This study presents a contemporary experience to achieve privacy in the private housing(shelter) in the new urban communities by presenting, analyzing and evaluating of a three private residential buildings implemented on the ground, in order to determine the advantages and disadvantages of these experiments and to know how the possibility of use these experiments in the design of residential buildings to achieve privacy. The research attempts to assess the selected models through criteria that must be achieved in the house to achieve privacy, with making comparisons between the models to determine which of these buildings achieved the highest degree of the required privacy. The study also tries to draw the attention of the architects to modern experiences to provide privacy. Privacy is necessary not only in the past but also it is humane need in the past, present and future. The study concludes with a group of conclusions and recommendations. The study sets out a set of criteria by which the measurement of the extent which the building achieves privacy with it can be achieved , in addition to put these experiments for the architects also the persons who prepare the laws of building to get benefits of it . | ||||
