Abstract | ||||
هدف البحث إلي فحص تأثير بعض جوانب الإجراءات الإحترازية لمواجهة أزمة کورونا علي الأمن النفسي والاجتماعي للأفراد من وجهة نظر الممارسين الصحيين بمدينة الملک عبدالعزيز الطبية واستُخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال استبانة مکونة من ست محاور على عدد (510) من الممارسين الصحيين العاملين في مراکز الصحية الأولية بمدينة الملک عبد العزيز الطبية، وقد أشارت أهم النتائج إلى: وجود اتفاق بين أفراد العينة فيما يتعلق بتأثير أزمة جائحة فيروس کورونا COVID 19 على العلاقات الاجتماعية على الأفراد من وجهة الممارسين الصحيين، بالإضافة إلى وجود اتفاق بين أفراد العينة من حيث تعاون المدنيين في مساعدة الأسر والأفراد المعوزين في التقليل من مخاطر انتشار العدوى يليه التعاون في رفع مستوى الوعي ثم تکاتف جهود الشباب من ذوي الخبرة الصحية، وأيضًا تعاون المجتمع المدني في تصحيح سلبيات تعامل الأفراد وأخيرا جهود المجتمع المدني في سد عجز احتياجات العاملين في القطاع الصحي، بالإضافة إلى وجود اتفاق بين أفراد العينة من حيث أثر الدعم النفسي على رفع الروح المعنوية للعاملين في القطاع الصحي في مواجهة الکورونا ثم يظهر أثر تکاتف الجهود الداعمة لمواجهة الکورونا في منح ثقة للجماهير وبالتالي درجات التزام أعلى وأخيرا يساعد تقدير الأفراد لجهود الممارسين في زيادة المبادرات الوطنية للأهالي، کما أن نظام التکافل بين الأفراد يساعد في تحجيم الآثار الاقتصادية السلبية المترتبة على انتشار الکورونا، وأن رعاية أفراد الطاقم الطبي وأسرهم تساعد في التخفيف من الآثار السلبية لفيروس الکورونا، بالإضافة إلى وجود لإدارة الأزمات لها دور في الحد من تأثير أزمة جائحة فيروس کورونا COVID 19 على الأمن النفسي والاجتماعي الموجه للأفراد من وجهة نظر الممارسين الصحيين. The present research aimed to examine the impact of some aspects of precautionary measures to confront the Corona crisis with the psychological and social security of individuals from the viewpoints of health practitioners at King Abdulaziz Medical City. The study made use of the descriptive analytical approach through a questionnaire consisting of six dimensions on a sample of (510) health practitioners working in the primary health care system at King Abdulaziz Medical City. The results indicated the existence of an agreement among the sample members regarding the impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic on social relations among individuals from the health practitioners' viewpoint. Added to that, an agreement between the sample members in terms of civilian cooperation in Helping needy families and individuals to reduce the risks of spreading infection, followed by cooperation in raising awareness, then joining the efforts of young people with health expertise, as well as civil society cooperation in correcting the negative aspects of dealing with individuals and finally the efforts of civil society in filling the deficit of needs of workers in the health sector. In addition to that having an agreement between the sample members regarding the impact of psychological support on raising the ethics of workers in the health sector in the face of the Corona. Furthermore, the impact of the efforts in support of confronting the Corona have been joined in giving confidence to the masses and thus higher levels of commitment. Finally, the individuals’ appreciation for the efforts of the practitioners helps to increase the national initiatives of the people. The solidarity system between individuals helps in limiting the negative economic effects of the spread of the Corona, and that caring for the medical staff and their families helps in alleviating the negative effects of the Coronavirus, in addition to the presence of crisis management that has a role in limiting the impact of the Coronavirus pandemic, on the psychological and social security directed at individuals from the viewpoints of health practitioners. | ||||
