Abstract
هدفت هذه الدّراسة الراهنة إلى قياس  مستوى الاغتراب الاجتماعي لدى الشباب الأردني من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعات الأردنية في ضوء بعض المتغيرات  , ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي, تکوّنت عيّنة الدّراسة من (163) من أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعات الأردنية تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة. و استخدم الباحث لأغراض هذه الدراسة مقياساً للاغتراب الاجتماعي, وذلک بعد التحقق من صدقه وثباته. کشفت نتائج الدّراسة عن وجود مستوى مرتفع للاغتراب الاجتماعي، وقد حصل بُعد التشاؤم واغتراب الذات على أعلى استجابة بين أبعاد الاغتراب الاجتماعي بمتوسط حسابي قدره (3.82) وبدرجة مرتفعة من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس، بينما حصل بُعد فقدان السيطرة والعجز على أدنى استجابة بين أبعاد الاغتراب الاجتماعي بمتوسط حسابي قدره (3.60) وبدرجة متوسطة.وأشارت النتائج، أيضًا إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (α ≤ 0.05) في الدرجة الکلية للاغتراب الاجتماعي تبعاً لمتغير الجنس ما عدا البُعد الرابع العزلة الاجتماعية ولصالح الاناث و أشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (α ≤ 0.05) في الدرجة الکلية لمقياس الاغتراب الاجتماعي تبعاً للتفاعل بين الجنس والخبرة ، بينما أشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في البعد الثاني من أبعاد الاغتراب الاجتماعي (اللامعنى أو اللاهدف) والبعد الخامس (التشاؤم واغتراب الذات)  تبعاً لمتغير الخبرة و لصالح ذوي الخبرة (5 – 10 سنوات). وأخيرًا أوصت الدّراسة بإجراء المزيد من الدّراسات السوسيولوجية التي تستهدف تعزيز الانتماء وبناء الهوية القومية للشباب الأردني، وتعزيز البرامج التي تستهدف فئة الشباب لمساعدتهم على التکيف والاندماج في المجتمع، تعزيز مفهوم الانتماء عند الشباب والعمل على وقايتهم و تفعيل دورهم الايجابي في المجتمع.
The purpose of the study is to investigate the level of social alienation among Jordanian youth as perceived by faculty staff members in the Jordanian universities in the light of some variables. The study adopted the descriptive method and the sample of the study consisted of (163) faculty staff members from Jordanian universities who were selected randomly. The study administrated the social alienation scale after checking its validity and reliability. The findings showed that there is a high level of social alienation; as pessimism and self-alienation scored the highest score between the domains of social alienation with a mean of (3.82) with a high degree as perceived by the faculty members. Meanwhile, losing control and helpless scored the lowest response on between the domains of social alienation with a mean of (3.60) within an average degree. The findings showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of (α ≥ 0.05) in the total score of social alienation attributed to gender except for social isolation in favor of females. Furthermore, there were no significant statistical differences at the level of (α ≥ 0.05) in the total score of social alienation attributed to the interaction between gender and experience. There were no significant statistical differences in the second domain of social alienation (no meaning, no-goal) and the fifth domain (pessimism, self-alienation) attributed category of experience in favor of (5-10 years) of experience. Finally, the study recommended conducting more sociological studies directed to Jordanian youth, developing programs targeting youth to help them adapt and integrate into society, enhancing the concept of belonging of young people and working to prevent them from crime by activating their positivee role in the community.
