Abstract | ||||
Recently, the international and national agencies have paid attention on institution ranking, top of which are universities and academic institutes. The institution ranking helps unveil the institute ranking and quality. This is why it is a significant indicator on assessing the institution position and stature amongst other domestic and international institutions. It functions a reliable reference on motivating institutes to have visibility. The study targets probing how far the Arab national archives benefit from the information and communication technologies in supporting functions and services, particularly, their websites deemed one of the important Arabic content resources. Further, on reliance to Webometrics, the study targets unveiling the quality and impact of the Arab national archives Websites and the ranking of each Website. It mirrors the Arab archives significance on the electronic environment. The study concludes some recommendations targeting sending the Arab national archives ranks higher and supporting their functions and services on the Internet. | ||||
