Abstract | ||||
The aim of this study is to demonstrate the association of the fat-mass and obesity associated gene (FTO) polymorphisms with type 2 diabetes (T2D) and the various aspects of BMI in Egyptian patients. FTO quality polymorphism was distinguished utilizing PCR-RFLP in 40 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM) and 40 evidently sound control subjects.
