| Abstract | ||||
| هدفت الدراسة إلى تقييم الممارسات التدريسية لمعلمي الرياضيات في ضوء متطلبات تنمية الأبعاد العقلية للبراعة الرياضية لدى طلاب المرحلة المتوسطة بمحافظة الطائف، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتکونت عينة الدراسة من (32) معلم رياضيات تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية العنقودية، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم بناء بطاقة ملاحظة مکونة من (29) ممارسة تدريسية موزعة على الأبعاد العقلية للبراعة الرياضية (الاستيعاب المفاهيمي، الطلاقة الإجرائية، الکفاءة الاستراتيجية، الاستدلال التکيفي)، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن الممارسات التدريسية في ضوء متطلبات تنمية الاستيعاب المفاهيمي والکفاءة الاستراتيجية والاستدلال التکيفي جاءت بتقييم منخفض، بينما الطلاقة الإجرائية بتقييم متوسط، کما توصلت إلى أن الممارسات التدريسية في ضوء الأبعاد ککل جاءت بتقييم منخفض. وأوصت الدراسة بتوجيه البرامج التدريبية نحو تدريب معلمي الرياضيات على الممارسات التدريسية، والاستفادة من بطاقة الملاحظة في تقييم المعلمين لممارساتهم التدريسية ذاتياً ومن خلال الزيارات الصفية للمشرفين التربويين. The present study aimed to evaluate the instructional practices of math’s teachers in light of requirements for developing intellectual dimensions of mathematical proficiency in middle school students In Al-Taif Governorate. The study followed the descriptive survey method. The study sample consisted of (32) mathematics teachers selected in the cluster random sampling. To achieve the objective of the study, an observation card was constructed consisting of (29) instructional practice spread over the intellectual dimensions of mathematical proficiency (conceptual understanding, procedural fluency, strategic competence, adaptive reasoning). The results of the study found that instructional practices in light of the requirements for developing conceptual understanding, strategic competence, and adaptive reasoning came with a low rating, while the procedural fluency was rated average, the study also found that the teaching practices in light of the dimensions as a whole came at a low rating. The study recommended that training courses be directed toward training mathematics teachers in pedagogical practices, and that the observation card be utilized in teachers' self-assessment of their teaching practices and through classroom visits to educational supervisors. | ||||
