Abstract | ||||
استهدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف على مدى تطبيق الشرکات -عينة الدراسة - لبرامج المسئولية الاجتماعية خلال أزمة کورونا، والکشف عن دور هذه البرامج في تحقيق الرضا الوظيفي للعاملين خلال تلک الأزمة، واعتمدت الباحثة على منهج المسح بشقه الميداني، کما اعتمدت على أداة الاستبيان لجمع البيانات من عينة الدراسة، التي تمثلت في 198 مفردة من العاملين في الشرکات عينة الدراسة. * توصلت الدراسة إلى أن 59.6% من أفراد العينة لديهم "رضا وظيفي مرتفع"، مقابل 39.4% منهم لديهم "رضا وظيفي متوسط"، و1% منهم فقط لديهم "رضا وظيفي منخفض". * بالنسبة للإجراءات التي اتخذتها الشرکات عينة الدراسة خلال الأزمة جاءت عبارة (الحرص على استمرار العمل مع مراعاة توفير الأمن الصحي للعاملين) في مقدمة الإجراءات التي اتخذتها الشرکات بمتوسط حسابي 2.88، تليها عبارة (عدم المساس بأجور العاملين) بمتوسط حسابي 2.84 ثم عبارة (احترام حق جمهور العاملين في المعرفة والرد على الشائعات المتعلقة بالأزمة) بمتوسط حسابي2.81، وجاءت عبارة (الإبقاء على جميع العاملين وعدم فصل أي موظف خلال الأزمة) في الترتيب الرابع بمتوسط حسابي 2.73 . | ||||
