| Abstract | ||||
| تمثل الهدف الرئيس للدراسة في وضع سياسات مقترحة لتفعيل شراکة مستدامة بين قطاع التعليم والقطاع الخاص في التعليم لدعم مدارس العلوم والتکنولوجيا والهندسة والرياضيات بمصر على ضوء خبرتي الولايات المتحدة الأمريکية وأستراليا. وفي هذا الإطار، تم عرض الإطار المفاهيمي للشراکة بين القطاع العام والقطاع الخاص في مجال التعليم بشکل عام، وفي مدارس العلوم والتکنولوجيا والهندسة والرياضيات بشکل خاص، ودراسة خبرتي الولايات المتحدة الأمريکية وأستراليا في تفعيل الشراکة بين قطاع التعليم والقطاع الخاص لدعم مدارس العلوم والتکنولوجيا والهندسة والرياضيات، وتفسيرهما في ضوء نظرية المجتمع المفتوح، وشرح واقع الشراکة بين قطاع التعليم والقطاع الخاص في مدارس العلوم والتکنولوجيا والهندسة والرياضيات بمصر، وتحديد أوجه الشبه والإختلاف بين خبرتي الولايات المتحدة الأمريکية وأستراليا في تفعيل الشراکة بين قطاع التعليم والقطاع الخاص لدعم مدارس العلوم والتکنولوجيا والهندسة والرياضيات وتفسيرها في ضوء السياق المجتمعي لکل دولة، ومفاهيم العلوم الإجتماعية. وفي هذه الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج المقارن بما يتضمنه من وصف وتحليل وتفسير لأبرز ما يميزآليات تفعيل شراکة مستدامة بين قطاع التعليم والقطاع الخاص لدعم مدارس العلوم والتکنولوجيا والهندسة والرياضيات في الخبرات الأجنبية، بالإضافة إلى التنبؤ بإمکانية الاستفادة من تلک الخبرات في وضع سياسات مقترحة لتفعيل شراکة مستدامة بين القطاع العام والقطاع الخاص لدعم مدارس العلوم والتکنولوجيا والهندسة والرياضيات بمصر. وقد تم التحليل والتفسير في ضوء نظرية النظام المفتوح Open System Theory، التي تشير إلى أن المنظمات تتأثر بشدة ببيئتها. وتوفر البيئة أيضًا الموارد الرئيسية التي تدعم المنظمة وتؤدي إلى التغيير والبقاء. The main objective of the study is to develop proposed policies to activate a sustainable partnership between the education sector and the private sector in education to support science, technology, engineering and mathematics schools in Egypt in the light of the experiences of the United States of America and Australia. In this context, the following points have been addressed: the conceptual framework of the partnership between the public sector and the private sector in the field of education in general, and with regard to STEM schools in particular, the experiences of the United States of America and Australia in activating the partnership between the education sector and the private sector to support STEM schools, the reality of the partnership between the education sector and the private sector in STEM schools in Egypt, and the similarities and differences between the experiences of the United States of America and Australia in activating the partnership between the education sector and the private sector to support STEM schools and their interpretation in the light of the societal context of each country, and the concepts of social sciences. In this study, the comparative approach was used, including the description, analysis and interpretation of the most prominent features of the mechanisms of activating a sustainable partnership between the education sector and the private sector to support STEM schools in foreign experiences, in addition to predicting the possibility of benefiting from those experiences in developing proposed policies to activate a sustainable partnership between the public sector and the private sector to support STEM schools in Egypt. The analysis and interpretation were done in the light of the Open System Theory, which indicates that organizations are strongly influenced by their environment. The environment also provides the main resources that support the organization and lead to change and survival. | ||||
