Abstract | ||||
The electrochemical of the complexation was applied to evaluate different thermodynamic parameters (G, H and S) for the cadmium (II)-tyrosine compound using valtammteric technique. These measurements have been investigated by square wave voltammetry using three electrode system consist of solid (platinum electrode) and Ag/AgCl sat KCl as reference electrode. All of these were carried out in the supporting electrolyte as phosphate buffer solution at the range of temperatures (293-313K) at pH=7. The electrochemical peak of the metal has been located at (-0.760 V) which is decrease sequence with increasing of tyrosine concentrations added. Hartree-Fock calculations at basis set (STO-3G) were applied to calculated the bond length, bond angle, torsion, physical properties and the thermodynamic parameters. | ||||
