Abstract | ||||
The study deals with identifying the characteristics of electronic lectures at Mansoura University and the extent of their conformity with the standards of the quality of e-learning, getting to know the benefit of students of the first university stage in the university from them,. The analytical descriptive approach was used. Among the most prominent results of the study is that these lectures lack experimentation and evaluation before they are presented to students, and not enough budget has been provided to support them and work to improve and develop them, Also, communication with the subject teacher in the light of these lectures was not available from the original, nor did these lectures provide flexibility in time, nor were they linked to databases, and there was no student forum accompanying them, and that there are 85.5% of the total sample of the study believe that these lectures Electronic cannot replace traditional lectures in the future And that the positives of these lectures were mainly focused on the necessity in using them, as the study recommended the necessity of experimenting with electronic lectures and evaluating them before offering them to students, and the need to provide an adequate budget to support and work on improving and developing them, and the need for academic guidance, linking lectures to databases, and the need to create an e-learning platform In the Supreme Council of Universities, and remove all technical and technical barriers that hinder its use by first-year students | ||||
