| Abstract | ||||
| هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تحديد مستوى تطبيق معايير مجلس الأطفال غير العاديين (CEC) في البرامج التربوية الفردية للطلبة ذوي الإعاقة العقلية من وجهة نظر معلميهم، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة اعتمدت الباحثة على المنهج الوصفي المسحي، حيث تمثلت أداة الدراسة في استبانة صُممت بالاستناد إلى معايير مجلس الأطفال غير العاديين (CEC) للتخطيط التعليمي، کما اشتمل مجتمع الدراسة على جميع معلمي ومعلمات التربية الفکرية في معاهد وبرامج التربية الفکرية الحکومية للمرحلة الابتدائية بمحافظة جدة والبالغ عددهم (207)، أما عينة الدراسة فتکونت من (137) معلماً ومعلمة، وخلصت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج کالآتي: أن مستوى تطبيق معايير مجلس الأطفال غير العاديين في البرامج التربوية الفردية للطلبة ذوي الإعاقة العقلية جاءت بمستوى عام بدرجة کبيرة، وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (a ³ 0.05) في مستوى تطبيق معايير مجلس الأطفال غير العاديين (CEC) في البرامج التربوية الفردية للطلبة ذوي الإعاقة العقلية من وجه نظر معلميهم تُعزى لمتغير نوع البرنامج التربوي، والجنس، والخبرة، کما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (a ³ 0.05) في مستوى تطبيق معايير مجلس الأطفال غير العاديين (CEC) في البرامج التربوية الفردية للطلبة ذوي الإعاقة العقلية من وجه نظر معلميهم تُعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي لصالح الدبلوم العالي، وأوصت الدراسة بإقامة البرامج التدريبية المکثفة للمعلمين والمعلمات في مجال التخطيط للبرنامج التربوي الفردي في ضوء المعايير العالمية. The present study aimed at identifying the level of applying the Council for Exceptional Children (CEC) Standards in individual educational programs for students with intellectual disabilities as perceived by their teachers. To achieve the objective of the study, the researcher used the descriptive survey method. The study tool consisted of a questionnaire designed based on the standards of the Council for Exceptional Children (CEC) for Instructional Planning. The study population included all intellectual education teachers in governmental intellectual education institutes and programs for the primary stage in Jeddah governorate; i.e., 207 teachers, while the study sample consisted of 137 teachers. The study concluded with several findings. The level of applying the Council for Exceptional Children (CEC) standards for Instructional Planning in individual educational programs for students with intellectual disabilities was largely significant. However, the results showed no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≥ 0.05) in the level of applying the Council for Exceptional Children (CEC) standards for Instructional Planning in individual educational programs for students with intellectual disabilities as perceived by their teachers that could be attributed to the variables of education program type, gender and experience. The findings also showed that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≥ 0.05) in the level of applying the Council for Exceptional Children (CEC) standards for Instructional Planning in individual educational programs for students with intellectual disabilities as perceived by their teachers that could be attributed to the academic qualification variable for the higher diploma. The study recommended conducting intensive training programs for male and female teachers in the field of planning individual educational programs based on international standards | ||||
