ABSTRACT The research aimed to study, analyze and test the relationship between the value of the establishment, the effect of environmental non-compliance on the resources, and the level of disclosure of the environmental commitment on the one hand and the value of the facility listed on the Egyptian Stock Exchange on the other hand. To achieve this goal, a multi-linear regression model was drafted that addresses the effect of environmental compliance and the level of disclosure of environmental commitment on the value of the facility, based on a sample of (159) companies listed on the Egyptian Stock Exchange. The results of the regression analysis indicated the lack of significance of the relationship between environmental commitment and the level of companies' disclosure of the extent of their commitment to environmental responsibility and the value of the company from the viewpoint of investors. The researcher recommended that investors should be made aware of the role of environmental establishments, which is no less important than their economic role and achieve profits, and urged companies to pay attention to their environmental role so that this is also reflected in the level of disclosure in their annual financial reports. The recommendations were: Encouraging companies to prepare lists that include their environmental performance, a linking environmental performance with measurable indicators in the field of the environment, environmental resources, society, services and products. The government must to compel companies to disclose their environmental responsibility in the financial statements to know the amount of spending on environmental responsibility and its contribution to reducing environmental problems. Including educational curricula environmental responsibility, in order to ensure that future companies are provided with human resources that have the ability to understand, understand and highlight the requirements of applying environmental compliance concepts. | ||||
