| تفعيل أبعاد المسؤولية الاجتماعية للتعامل مع الأزمات في المنظمات "أزمة کورونا أنموذجاً" - الباحث: عبد الله بن محمد بن قطيم الحمادي . - العمل: الرياض- وحدة الإدارة الاستراتيجية في وزارة الشؤون الإسلامية والدعوة والإرشاد . البريد الإلکتروني: salm-ss@hotmail.com هدف البحث للتعرف على مدى التزام المنظمات الحکومية والأهلية بتنفيذ أبعاد المسؤولية الاجتماعية للتعامل مع الأزمات. وهذه الأبعاد هي: (الأبعاد القانونية، الأبعاد الأخلاقية، الأبعاد الإنسانية). وکذلک تحديد أهم مجالات تطبيق المنظمات لأبعاد المسؤولية الاجتماعية أثناء أزمة کورونا. وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وطبقت الدراسة على عينة من قيادات المنظمات الخاصة والأهلية في مدينة الرياض بلغ عددهم (100) قائداً باستخدام أداة الدراسة الاستبانة، وتم التأکد من صدقها وثباتها، وتم استخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية (spss) في تحليل البيانات. وخلصت النتائج إلى وجود استجابة بدرجة کبيرة من قبل أفراد مجمع البحث حول مدى التزام المنظمات الحکومية والأهلية بتنفيذ أبعاد المسؤولية الاجتماعية للتعامل مع الأزمات، وکان الالتزام بالأبعاد القانونية بالمرتبة الأولى، يليه الأبعاد الأخلاقية، ثم الأبعاد الإنسانية. کذلک تبين أن أفراد مجتمع الدراسة موافقون بدرجة کبيرة على أهم مجالات تطبيق المنظمات لبرامج المسؤولية الاجتماعية أثناء أزمة کورونا، وقد جاء مجال معايير العمل بالمرتبة الأولى يليه مجال مکافحة الفساد، ثم مجال حقوق الإنسان، ثم مجال حماية البيئة. This study aims to identify the extent of the commitment of governmental and civil organizations to apply the as aspects of social responsibility in dealing with the crises. These aspects include: (the legal, ethical, and human aspects). It also highlights the most important areas within the organization addressing the application of the aspects of social responsibility during the Corona crisis. The researcher used the descriptive and analytical approach, and the study was applied to a sample of leaders of private and civil organizations in the city of Riyadh, totaling (100) leaders addressed by using the questionnaire tool for the purpose of the data collection, and its validity and reliability were confirmed, and the statistical packages program (SPSS) was used for the purpose of the data analysis. The results concluded that there was utmost agreement by the study members of on the extent of the commitment of governmental and civil organizations to implement the aspects of social responsibility in deal with crises, and the commitment to the legal aspects was in the first rank, followed by the ethical, and then the human aspects. It was also found that the members of the study community strongly agree with the most important areas of organizations' application to the social responsibility programs during the Corona crisis, and the area of work standards came in first rank, followed by the area of anti-corruption, then the human rights, and then the environmental protection area. | ||||
