| Abstract | ||||
| هدفت الدراسة الحالية للتعرف على اضطرابات النطق لدى الأطفال ضعاف السمع بمدينة جدة وعلاقتها ببعض المتغيرات، تکونت عينة الدراسة من (55) طفلا من الصفوف (الأول، الثاني، الثالث، الرابع، الخامس، السادس) ممن يعانون من ضعف سمعي تراوح بين البسيط والشديد، حيث تم اختيارهم من مدارس الدمج الحکومية في مدينة جدة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطوير مقياس لاضطرابات النطق واختبار لمهارات القراءة والکتابة من قبل الباحثان، وقد تم تطبيق المقياس والاختبار على العينة الحالية خلال الفصل الدراسي الثاني للعام الدراسي 2020- 2021. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة بأن أکثر اضطرابات النطق شيوعا هو الإبدال يليه التشويه، وبينت کذلک وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين اضطراب النطق ومستوى القراءة لدى الأطفال ضعاف السمع، وأيضا وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصاءيه بين اضطراب النطق ومهارات الکتابة (التعبير)، وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين اضطراب النطق ومهارات الکتابة (مهارات الکتابة العامة، الإملاء)، وبينت الدراسة أيضا وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين اضطرابات النطق ودرجة الفقدان السمعي، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة بين اضطراب النطق والصف الدراسي. وخرجت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات منها: ضرورة توافر التواصل البناء بين المدرسة والأسرة لتحقيق نمو أفضل للأطفال. وتفعيل دور الإرشاد التربوي للأسرة حول الطريقة الصحيحة في التعامل مع الأطفال المضطربين نطقيا. وزيادة عدد مدربي النطق في مدارس الدمج، وذلک لزيادة عدد الجلسات المخصصة لکل طفل. The current study aimed to identify the speech disorders of hearing-impaired children in Jeddah and their relationship to some variables, the study sample consisted of (55) children from grades (first, second, third, fourth, fifth, and sixth) who suffer from hearing impairment ranging from simple to severe, Where they were selected from government integration schools in the city of Jeddah. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a scale for speech disorders and a test for reading and writing skills were developed by the researcher. The scale and test were applied to the current sample during the second semester of the academic year 2020-2021. The results of the study showed that the most common speech disorder is substitution followed by distortion, and also showed statistically significant differences between speech disorder and reading level in hearing-impaired children, and also the presence of statistically significant differences between speech disorder and writing skills (expression), and the absence of statistically significant differences Between speech disorder and writing skills (general writing skills, dictation), the study also showed that there were statistically significant differences between speech disorders and the degree of hearing loss, and there were no significant differences between speech disorder and classroom. The study came out with a number of recommendations, including: The need for constructive communication between the school and the family to achieve better development for children. And activating the role of educational counseling for the family on the correct way to deal with phonetically disturbed children. And increase the number of speech coaches in inclusion schools, in order to increase the number of sessions for each child. | ||||
