| Abstract | ||||
| هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة العلاقة بين الشفقة بالذات والرفاهية النفسية لدى آباء الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة العقلية، کما هدفت إلى معرفة القيمة التنبؤية للشفقة بالذات في التنبؤ بالرفاهية النفسية لدى أفراد العينة. وتکونت عينة الدراسة من (20) من آباء الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة العقلية . واستخدمت الدراسة مقياس الشفقة بالذات اعداد نيف Neff, 2003)) ترجمة وتقنين/ سهام عبدالغفار عليوة (2017)، ومقياس الرفاهية النفسية اعداد الباحث . وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين کل من الشفقة بالذات والرفاهية النفسية لدى عينة الدراسة، کما توصلت الدراسة إلى أنه يمکن التنبؤء بالرفاهية النفسية من خلال الشفقة بالذات The study aimed to find out the relationship between self-compassion and psychological well-being among parents of children with mental disabilities, and also aimed at knowing the predictive value of self-compassion in predicting psychological well-being among sample members. The study sample consisted of (20) parents of children with mental disabilities. The study used the self-compassion scale prepared by Neff, 2003 (translated and codified / Siham Abdel Ghaffar Aliwa (2017), and the psychological well-being scale prepared by the researcher. The study found a positive correlation between self-compassion and psychological well-being in the study sample, and the study also concluded that psychological well-being can be predicted through self-compassion | ||||
