Abstract | ||||
The study aimed to measure the impact of the two styles of inspirational leadership and authentic leadership on bullying behaviors in travel agents. To achieve the aim of the study; A survey form was designed and distributed to a random sample of employees in Egyptian travel agents category (A), where 648 forms were distributed, 529 forms were retrieved, while the analysis of 478 valid forms with a response rate of 81.6% was relied upon, through the use of the SPSS program. The study found a strong negative and significant correlation between inspirational leadership, authentic leadership and workplace bullying within Egyptian travel agents. The results also showed that there is a strong significant and negative impact of adopting the two styles of inspirational leadership and authentic leadership on the level of bullying within the Egyptian travel agents. The study recommended the need for tourism companies to pay attention to and expand the adoption and application of modern leadership styles and to move away from traditional styles and methods such as inspiring leadership and authentic leadership, because of their prominent role in improving the performance of workers, increasing their motivation towards work, and enhancing their commitment to the company, which helps to achieve all The company's objectives efficiently and effectively, and to maintain its competitive position in the work environment. - The need for tourism companies to provide an appropriate work environment and encourage teamwork. | ||||
