Abstract | ||||
This research is mainly intended to knowledge and executive level of agri. workers in extension. centers through: identify their knowledge level about arrangement to use office visit, meeting and the field extension, also identify their execute this arrangements and know the problems which face the extension workers when they use the communicational methods and their opinions to solve this problems. A special questionnaire was designed to obtain the field data necessary to achieve the research objectives from 112 respondents . percentages, mean, frequency distribution, standard deviation, simple correlation, T and F tests and partial regression coefficient were used to analyze data. Major findings as follows: - Low knowledge level about arrangements of office visit, meeting and the field extension. - Low execute level about use the arrangements of the communicational methods. - Significant relationship between knowledge level about communicational methods arrangements and both : some learning principles and the attitude towards the work in the extension centers. - Significant relationship of correlation and influence between execute level of communicational methods arrangements and both : some learning principles, attitude towards the work in the extension centers and qualified study. - In addition to that, the findings pointed to some problems which faCing the extension workers when their using the communicational methods, and their opinions for predominate this problems. | ||||
