Abstract | ||||
ملخص البحث: أستهدفت الدراسة تحديد طبيعة الإرتباط بين أبعاد متغيرات الدراسة (تکتيکات تسويق العلاقات ،جودة العلاقة ) بالإضافة الى قياس تأثير تکتيکات تسويق العلاقات على أبعاد جودة العلاقة بالتطبيق على طلاب الجامعات الخاصة في المملکة الأردنيه الهاشمية .و أعتمدت الدراسة على قائمة استقصاء عبر الانترنت لجمع البيانات الأولية وقد تم تحليل البيانات بأستخدام مصفوفة إرتباط بيرسون وأسلوب تحليل الانحدار عن طريق برنامج SPSS وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة الى وجود إرتباط معنوى بين أبعاد متغيرات الدراسة کما توصلت النتائج الى وجود تأثير معنوي إيجابي لتکتيکات تسويق العلاقات على أبعاد جودة العلاقة. الکلمات الرئيسيه : تکتيکات تسويق العلاقات ، جودة العلاقه Abstract: This study aimed to determine the natur of relationship between the dimensions of the study variables(marketing tactics relationship quality) in addition to Measuring the Effect of marketing tactics on the dimensions of Relationship Quality with Application on Students of Private Universities in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
