Abstract | ||||
يجب أن نصرح في البداية أن رکوب الخيل بوصفه مهارة يجب تعلمها، يخرج عن نطاق عمل هذا البحث، فليس من أهداف هذه الدراسات المبحوثة تعليم مهارات رکوب الخيل بوصفها قدرة حرکية يجب تعليمها للصبيان أو الأولاد؛ لکن جل ترکيز هذا البحث على رکوب الخيل بوصفه علاجا أو مدخلا لعلاج بعض المشکلات العصبية/ الحرکية، أو النفسية/السلوکية لدى من يعانون من هذه المشکلات. والفرق بين الأمرين واضح: فالاتجاه الأول يرکز على تمکين الشخص السليم من اکتساب مجموعة من المهارات الحرکية الدقيقة والصعبة تلک التي تلزمه في تحقيق الثبات والتحکم في وضعية جسمه على الخيل أثناء الحرکة. أما الثاني: فإنه يمثل نمط علاجي تأهيلي يعتمد على استثمار حرکات الخيل الإيقاعية المتساوقة مع حرکة جسم الراکب له من أجل تحقيق نوع من التفاعل الحسي الحرکي العضلي العصبي الذي يساعد في علاج بعض المشکلات التي يعاني منها هذا الشخص الراکب. | ||||
