This research deals with an analysis of the works of the artist "Van Gogh" through his psychological crises and the limits of research in Europe in the twentieth century. It follows the historical-analytical approach based on analyzing the works of the artist "Van Gogh" and sheds light on his upbringing, which had a role in his suffering, and discusses some of his disorders that explain the reasons for his technical treatments of line, shape and color in his artworks, which led to identifying research problems in The library's scarcity of research and studies that help interpret artworks according to the artist's psychological state. | ||||
