Abstract | ||||
Applying Artificial intelligence (AI) applications such as chatbots, robots, forecasting, virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality(AR) in travel create multiple opportunities for innovation to make the travel experience for people faster, simpler, and more enjoyable and also the adoption of robots in tourism and hospitality can increase the efficiency of work, the quality of services, and reduce the financial costs. The prime objective of this research is to illustrate the importance of Artificial intelligence applications and its impact on the competitiveness. 499 questionnaires were distributed on a random sample of Travel agency, Hotel, Airport, Airlines, governmental tourism authorities and private tourism authorities while 758 questionnaires were found usable for analysis. The results showed that AI can enhance tourism industry productivity Results also indicated that AI helping in branding Egyptian touristic destination, forecasting can enhance financial management and Egyptian market is ready to use this kind of technology | ||||
