| هدف البحث إلى معرفة مستوى التفكير الجانبي لدى طالبات ماجستير التربية الخاصة في جامعة الطائف، وبناء برنامج تدريبي مقترح لتنمية مهارات التفكير الجانبي، والكشف عن أثره في تنمية تلك المهارات لدى الطالبات؛ ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف اتّبع البحث المنهج شبه التجريبي، تصميم المجموعة الواحدة مع اختبار قبلي بعدي؛ وذلك من خلال اختيار عينة بلغت (21) طالبة من طالبات ماجستير التربية الخاصة في جامعة الطائف، وتصميم مقياس التفكير الجانبي، وبناء البرنامج التدريبي المقترح، ثم تطبيق مقياس التفكير الجانبي قبلياً، وتطبيق البرنامج التدريبي على عينة البحث، وأخيراً تطبيق مقياس التفكير الجانبي بعدياً. وقد أسفرت نتائج البحث عن امتلاك الطالبات لمهارات التفكير الجانبي بمستوى متوسط، فقد بلغ المتوسط الرتبي لدرجات الطالبات على المقياس (0.50)، وتبيّن وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطي درجات الطالبات في القياسين القبلي والبعدي عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) على مقياس التفكير الجانبي لصالح القياس البعدي، وقد بلغ حجم الأثر التدريبي (0.713)، وهو أثر مرتفع يشير إلى كفاءة البرنامج وفاعليته في تنمية مهارات التفكير الجانبي لدى طالبات ماجستير التربية الخاصة في جامعة الطائف. The aim of the research is to know the level of lateral thinking skills among students of the Master of Special Education at Taif University. The research is also aimed to build a proposed training program in order to develop lateral thinking skills, and to reveal its impact on the development of those skills among the students. Therefore, the research followed the experimental method, designing one group with a pre- and post-test and selecting an intentional sample of (21) students of the Master of Special Education at Taif University. The research is designing the lateral thinking scale and building the proposed training program. The lateral thinking scale was applying before on the target sample, and then the research applying the training program to the research sample, and finally applying the lateral thinking scale posteriorly. The results of the research indicated that the students’ possession of lateral thinking skills at an average level. The rank average of the students’ scores on the scale was (0.50), and it was found that there were statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the students in the pre and post measurements at the level of significance (0.05) on the lateral thinking scale in favor of the measurement. The dimension of the training effect was (0.713), which indicated a high effect of the program's efficiency and effectiveness in developing lateral thinking skills among female students of the Master of Special Education at Taif University. | ||||
