Abstract | ||||
The current research aims to discover the extent of the hearing-impaired children's ability to recognize facial emotions (sadness, fear, surprise), The study sample consisted of (30) hearing-impaired children, males and females, ranging in age from (7-9) years, with an average age of (7.90) years and a standard deviation of (0.65), and an average intelligence of (53.60) on the multiple intelligences scale. With a standard deviation of (2.88), the scale of recognition of facial emotions was applied to the hearing-impaired children, and the results came that there are statistically significant differences between the mean ranks of the scores of the hearing-impaired children on the scale of facial emotions recognition. | ||||
