Abstract | ||||
The digital revolution has brought about tremendous transformations in various areas of life, and contemporary architecture trends have been affected by computer-aided design approaches, and as a result, a major change has occurred in its nature and activities. Therefore, parametric design is an important design approach in the digital design process based on the concept of parameters, which leads to diversity by changing the values of parameters and restrictions without affecting the basic structure of the entity. The parametric model allows the designer to make changes and geometric reconfiguration without erasing and Redrawing again, and also helps in exploring design alternatives, as it has a level of flexibility that allows it to be constantly evaluated, revised and updated when adding, changing or deleting one of the components within the structure of the parametric model. Research Methodology: The research follows the descriptive and analytical approach to computer-aided design in light of the digital revolution and their impact on the development of contemporary design thought and their impact on interior spaces. Research hypothesis: The digital design thoughts actively contribute to the development of design thought in the interior spaces. research aims: 1- Monitoring the impact of digital architectural intellectual trends on interior design. 2- Detecting confusion between a group of intellectual terms circulated under what is known as digital design. | ||||
