Abstract
يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على مدى توفّر خدمات التدخل المبكر المُقدَّمة للصم وضعاف السمع من وجهة نظر الأمهات بمنطقة مكة المكرمة، وطُبق هذا البحث على (113) من أمهات الصم وضعاف السمع، وصُممت استبانة في ضوء ما تمت صياغته من أهداف وأسئلة. واستخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي المسحي. وكشفت نتائج البحث عن عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مدى توفر خدمات التدخل المبكر المقدمة للصم وضعاف السمع، كذلك عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى إلى متغير كل من (المؤهل العلمي شدة الإعاقة، عمر الطفل).
 
This study aimed to determine the availability of early intervention services provided to the deaf and hard of hearing from the point of view of mothers in the Makkah region. The sample of the study included (113) deaf and hard-hearing mothers. A questionnaire was designed in the light of the objectives and questions formulated. The researcher used the descriptive survey approach. The results of the study showed that there are no statistically significant differences in the availability of early intervention services provided to the deaf and hearing impaired, as well as the absence of statistically significant differences attributed to the variables of (scientific qualification, disability severity, and age of the child).
