| Abstract | ||||
| تهدف الدراسة إلى الكشف عن معوقات تطبيق نموذج الاستجابة للتدخل من وجهة نظر معلمي الطلاب ذوي صعوبات التعلم والتعليم العام، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اتبعت الباحثتان المنهج البحثي النوعي الظاهري، كما تم استخدام أداة المقابلة الفردية شبه المقننة لجمع البيانات، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (12) معلماً ومعلمة في المرحلة الابتدائية من منطقة مكة المكرمة، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن جميع المعوقات تندرج تحت فئة رئيسة واحدة وهي: فئة المعوقات الإدارية، ويندرج تحتها أربع فئات فرعية، تم تصنيفها إلى معوقات إدارية عامة، ومعوقات إدارية اقتصادية، ومعوقات إدارية مهنية، ومعوقات إدارية بيئية، حيث تمثلت أبرز المعوقات الإدارية العامة في افتقار التعاون في الميدان، وعجز التخطيط والتنظيم الملائم، وعدم وجود دليل تنظيمي واضح لتطبيق نموذج الاستجابة للتدخل، كذلك افتقار الميدان للدورات التدريبية وورش العمل وغيرها من المعوقات الإدارية العامة التي تحول دون تطبيق نموذج الاستجابة للتدخل، كما أن المعوقات الإدارية الاقتصادية تمثلت في عدم وجود دعم وحوافز معنوية أو مادية للمعلمين والطلاب، وكذلك وجود قصور في توافر التقنيات المساندة والوسائل التعليمية اللازمة في الفصول الدراسية، وعدم وجود غرفة مصادر في بعض المدارس، كما أظهرت الدراسة وجود المعوقات الإدارية المهنية والتي شملت ضيق الوقت، وتكدس أعداد الطلاب في الفصول الدراسية، كذلك قصور الإعداد والتأهيل المهني للمعلمين، وعزوف مجموعة من المعلمين عن تطبيق نموذج الاستجابة للتدخل لأسباب مختلفة، بالإضافة إلى المعوقات البيئية والتي تضمنت رفض معلمي التعليم العام للمعلم المساعد، وضعف الإمكانيات وعدم جاهزية الفصول الدراسية، وأخيراً توصي الباحثتان بإلقاء الضوء على نموذج الاستجابة للتدخل من قبل وزارة التعليم وإداراتها من خلال عقد دورات تدريبية لجميع القائمين على تنفيذه، بالإضافة إلى تفعيل دور المعلم المساعد بجانب معلمي التعليم العام. This study aimed at revealing obstacles to the application of the intervention response model from the teachers’ point of view of students with learning disabilities and general education at the primary level. In order to achieve the study objectives, two researchers followed the apparent qualitative research methodology, and semi-standardized individual interview tool was used as a data collection tool. The study sample consisted of 12 primary school teachers from Makkah region. The results found that all obstacles fell under one main category, namely, administrative obstacles, and four subcategories classified as general administrative obstacles, economic administrative obstacles, occupational administrative obstacles and environmental administrative obstacles. The general administrative obstacles were as the lack of cooperation in the field, the lack of proper planning and management, the lack of clear organizational evidence for applying the model, and the lack of training courses, workshops, educational programs and other that prevent the application of the intervention response model. The economic administrative obstacles were the lack of moral or material support and incentives for teachers and students, the lack of availability of supporting technologies and necessary teaching aids in the classroom, and finally the lack of a resource room in some schools. Also, the study showed the existence of professional administrative obstacles, which included the lack of time, overcrowding of students in the classrooms, the lack of preparation and professional qualification of teachers, and the reluctance of a group of teachers to apply the intervention response model for various reasons. And environmental obstacles, which included the refusal of general education teachers to the assistant teacher, poor capabilities and lack of classroom readiness. Finally, the researcher recommends shedding light on the model of response to intervention by the Ministry of Education and its departments by holding training courses for all those responsible for its implementation, in addition to activating the role of assistant teacher alongside general education teachers. | ||||
