Abstract | ||||
The aim of the paper is structure of scale to extension training quality at extension organization in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate. This scale will have high reliability, validity and realistic criteria of the quality scale. Data were collected from 70 agricultural extension agents by personal interview. Frequencies, Percentages, means standard deviation, and correlation coefficient, Cronbach Formula were used to analyze the collected data. The finding of this paper revealed that: - The results found significant correlation between the 40 statements, the component and the total scores of the scale. - Reliability value of the scale using Cronbach coefficient was about 0.878. - The results showed that the values of intrinsic, statistical, and content validity values were about 0.973, 0.995, and 0.917 respectively. Based on this results, it is recommended to use and replicate this scale in the future to measuring of extension tainting quality in order to planning, implement, and evaluate high quality training programs. | ||||
